"And what, you expect to believe you?"  Clarice fumed.

Agatha shrugged. "Not at all. I'm just telling you because you asked for it." She put on her sunglasses again.

"Then why are you telling me this? What's the point?!?"

Agatha sighed dramatically. "What do they teach you in school?"

"To.....be kind, be kind. All will be well, but towards your end, be forgiving. And?"

"It's all a sham. Don't be too kind."

"And what do you know about being kind?"

It took all of Agatha's willpower to not strangle the twelve-year-old. "Kindness is why I have no friends, an abusive husband, and two lying ex-boyfriends. They all take advantage of me, knowing that I could never hold a grudge. I hope the same won't happen of you."

Clarice raised an eyebrow. "So you want me to be cruel. Like you."

"No, child, I want you to set limitations for kindness. It will only get you so far. Now if you'll excuse me, I have a bottle of wine to drink.

Please tell me you didn't take this seriously. This was just a short story of a woman that went through a lot. Not the best ending, I know.

Hope your day goes well.🙂
