blaire, my firstborn child. what a rollercoaster i put her and embry through. initially, after blaire took bella's side in the pregnancy: • there was gonna be a big blowout between embry and blaire • blaire was basically gonna go back to la push and beg sam to speak to embry just for a little bit • basically embry offers to leave the pack bc he wants to be with blaire, and she tells him he's crazy because she knows how much he loves his brothers • blaire also points out that she's justified bc if she was in the same position, embry wouldn't hesitate to keep the child (remember that blaire is afraid she's now infertile bc she's a shapeshifter) • more fighting ensues, before embry refuses to leave • sam gets upset, but embry decides to leave the pack because he doesn't want to lose blaire again • jacob is still wary, thinking that embry made an impulse decision for his imprint and still wants to hurt bella • blaire and embry work on gaining jacob's trust together • for the rest of breaking dawn, i planned some really serious talks between blaire and embry about their future • it's clear that blaire wants to leave la push and embry doesn't, so there was gonna be a lot of tension in their relationship • blaire would eventually have to go back to stanford and a bigger distance would grow resentment between her and embry • she would have a heart-to-heart with bella, and bella would remind her that she and embry love each other more than anything else • and bella would remind blaire of how much they loved each other in the early stages of their relationship • blaire realizes she doesn't want to fight with embry any longer, and the two reconcile • bella gives birth to renesmee, and jacob imprints, blah blah • it's in the last half of breaking dawn when embry decides he wants to move to california to be with blaire • most of the pack is against this, and try to change embry's mind • his mother is actually thankful that her son is taking initiative with his life instead of being stuck in la push like everyone else • blaire feels a lot of guilt because of how much embry is sacrificing • the guilt causes her to distance herself from embry yet again • the two have another serious talk, and embry and blaire move to california to start their lives together • they come back briefly to help bella and edward with the renesmee/volturi situation • and the pack come down quite often to pay visits to their brother and sister • embry proposes three years later with his mother's ring • the two have a small wedding back in la push so that everyone can be there • also dahlia and leah are still together, planning on getting married when they feel the time is right • blaire and embry discover after trying for a year that she's pregnant, and not infertile despite not receiving her menstrual cycle since phasing • they give birth to a baby boy, and soon adopt a baby girl shortly after • the two live a happy life together in california, with their rowdy pack members dropping in from time to time
my heart is always with embry and blaire because they are my first pairing, and they really went through it ALL together. comment your thoughts!
