RELAX YOUR FACIAL MUSCLES :
Your brows pull together when your sad . Loosening those muscles will lock up your tears
BREATH DEEPLY : take a deep breath in through your nose for 4 sec, and hold it for 2 sec, then through pursed lips breath out for another 8 sec.
GIVE YOURSELF A HARD PINCH : if you feel tear just simply pinch the skin between your thumb and pointer finger
