Occupation: Private Security member of Maverick Security Consulting.

Dislikes: Terrorist, his dark personality Zed, killing people, war, Desperado, World Marshall, Liquid Ocelot, and losing his limbs..... Somewhat.
Bio: Raised as a war child at the age of 6, Carl had a rough life, forced to kill people at young age, survived alone and later on joining in with the FOXHOUND group with Snake and Raiden.
After the events of Metal Gear Solid 2, he got kidnapped and experimented him with robotic parts, and eventually turning him into cyborg. Thus earning his codename: Zed.
He also join and help Snake and Raiden to took down the enemies during Metal Gear Solid 4. He held his own ground, and killed many enemies. He also destroyed numerous Metal Gears such as Rex ans Gekkos.
And after that, he joined Maverick Security Consulting with Raiden to get a stable job and a normal life... Until everything changed when Desperado joined the scene and sparks a another fight.

His Cyborg body is like Raiden's but different. Unlike Raiden, his cyborg body acts like a suit for Carl, however, his cyborg suit has also life support system, since the events of Metal Gear Solid 4, he took fatal and serious damage on his body.

His cyborg body is armed to the teeth. It fully enhances Carl's body, to the level that he can suplex heavier than Metal Gear Excelsius. He can jump higher than tallest buildings, can run in 65+ KMPH, fast enough to out run bullet trains, and can create SHADOW CLONES.
His cyborg body can absorb Electrolytes and add Nano repair and Nano paste. He can also enter Zandatsu mode.

Powered with fast frequency on the hidden blades. It can cu through everything, similar to Raiden's HF blade. His hidden blade is retractable on his fore arms.

Attached on his back, he carry 20 shurikens on his back and it has cyborg tracking system and it's also remote controlled.

Carl's last resort of his weapon. He carried this as his "trump card" against enemy cyborgs. This blade can rival Jetstream Sam's high frequency blade Murasama.
