This is not our Goodbye

Unspoken

Beam lie down on his side of Forths bed after he took a warm bath in Forths luxurious bathtub.

Forth is just taking his shower now because Beam took so long with his salt bath.

Beam get his phone and log in to his social media. He has been out of the cyber world for a long time and he just opened his account just recently.

He is not active with social media even before in college. He will just post something unrelated to him like qoutes.

Forth is also inactive. He might be too busy with work.

Forth joins him in bed after a while. Beam put down his phone in the night stand and face the side of Forth while Forth is on his back.

"Goodnight Forth! Sleep well!" Beam gently mumble.

"Goodnight!" Forth just mumble indifferently with his eyes already closed.

Beam unaffectedly scooted nearer to the side of Forth and circle his arms around the waist of the unmoving man. He snuggled on Forths body where he found his comfortable spot to sleep.

Beam felt him flinched and gone rigid, but Beam ignore it and just close his eyes to go to sleep.

Forth turn towards Beams face and stare at his calm face. He relaxed and prepare for slumber to take over him.

Beam visited his grandma at home, she is doing great and back to normal.  They talked a lot and they both have fun together catching up. They ate together just like before and he enjoyed his favorite home made icecream.

Beam check on her before she take  her afternoon nap. He will be leaving to go somewhere. He kissed her grandma goodbye and promised to come back the next day.

Beam hailed a taxi to a coffee shop.

He enters the office with a coffee and a cake in both of his hands.

"Its coffee time!" Beam loudly announced to the startled guy in his desk.

"I bought your favorites! Come on Forth lets take a break!" Beam placed everything in the center table and prepare the saucer and forks for the cake.

Forth is gaping at him without saying anything, he will just follow every move Beam makes inside his office.

"Come on, you wont go bankrupt if you take a short break!" Beam pull him from his chair and drag him towards the couch where the coffee and cake are placed on the table.

"What are you doing here again?" Forth ask seriously.

"Bringing you some snacks!" Beam answered casually while placing a slice of cake in front of Forth together with his preferred coffee.

Forth look at him suspiciously but drink his coffee and ate his cake. Its his favorite carrot pecan cake from their favorite coffee shop not far from his company.

Beam also ate his cake and drinks his coffee happily.

"I want steak for dinner!" Beam said after a while that he have finished his cake.

Forth stare at him in disbelief. Beam is shameless and has the audicity to demand.

"Please can we have steak for dinner?!" Beam ask with his puppy eyes and sweetest smile.

"I have a dinner commitment!" Forth answered shortly.

"A date?" Beam ask teasingly.

"Business!" Forth corrected drily.
