Kaito: No one gives a crap whether who came first and who didn't! Me and Maki had the most time to develop
Miu: You only got more time because the author decided to hold off on making you official until the end of the main story!
Himiko: And you sucked Kokichi's dick but only got with him months later!

Author: Saimatsu you're first
Saimatsu met in the first chapter of "WRWWWV3" Kaede was a a new transfer student who happened to be in Shuichi's class. They started off on a bad note due to there different opinions on Danganronpa. Kaede was then almost raped but Shuichi saved her. As thanks, Kaede asked him out on a date. Neither were enthusiastic about it until they knew each other more. Between Chapters 3-7 they buried the hatch and got together.
Fun fact: They had sex for the first time in chapter 10
Next Kaimaki
Kaito and Maki met when they were paired for a school project in chapter 4-

Kaito and Maki jumped on Tenko and Himiko hoping to hold them down.
Kirumi threw Ryoma at Miu and Kokichi hitting both of them square on
It was a battle Royale with Rantaro and Tsumugi vs Kiyo and Angie and vs Shuichi and Kaede

Everyone: *stops fighting* wait what?
Kokichi: b-but there not even a real couple
Kaede: YEAH THIS WAS RIGGED
Author: Gonta and Keebo win because they show care for others and do not care who is the winner and who isn't. They just care about whether or not they are good to each other
Gonta: Huh.... that was actually a pretty good lesson
Keebo: Yeah!
