Y/N's P.O.V.

You stared out of the window for what seemed like 5 minutes.
"Y/N." The sound of Omar's voice behind you made you jump.
"Yea?"
"I uh...put your suitcase under my bed. We're bunk buddies!!" He spoke ever so happily. "I'm so glad you could join! I missed you so much!!" You looked away from the window. "Same here for both! I guess I'm just confused at this new way of life for a while." Omar smiled at this and rubbed the back of his head.
"I was lost and confused as well. Hey, why don't we getcha familiar with the homies?"
You nodded and stood up and followed him to the back. You two finally stopped in a small room with a small couch and T.V. in it. There were sleeping bags on the floor. "So I'm guessing there isn't many beds?" You giggled. "Yea heh. I'm glad Sus was able to give the top bunk up for you. Speaking of Sus, hey! Suscat!!" Omar called. A dude with purple-ish white hair come back from thr curtains that connected the bunks to the small room. "Yea? Oh!" He walked over, giving a warm smile. You still tensed up, quite intimidated. "So this is Y/N."
"I-It's nice t-to meet you, Sus!"
"Ah come now~" He made a slight coo, "Call me David~!" You could tell he was trying to be friendly/flirtatious, but it didn't bother you. You looked up at Omar, who looked tense. "Now whaddya doin' with a dork like Omar~?"
"O-Oh I--" Before you could speak, Omar blurted out.
"Okay I think that's enough of you now, Sus!" His voice sounded panicky, but irritated. You didn't really understand why.

"You're no fun, Cuco." David teased, "You bring a female on the bus and not expect me to tease?"
"You don't have to do that to my friend." Omar sounded as if he was getting angrier. You noticed this and jumped in. "Hey, Hey! Knock it off you two!"
"I am." David shrugged.
"Hmmph!" Omar puffed.
"Aww don't be like that, Omie~" You squished his cheeks, "Remember that today is a good day. And I'm here, aren't I?"
Omar looked down, his ice-cold gaze at David soon melting into relaxation. Something about calling him Omie must have calmed him down. You hadn't called him that in forever. "You're right..." He let out a soft sigh. "I'm sorry, Sus. I shouldn't have gotten so defensive. It's just been forever since I've seen Y/N."
"Of course." David dipped his head. "I know that feeling. Anyways, I'm gonna go uh, do things." He walked off.

Before Omar could open his mouth to speak, a much bigger guy with longer hair appeared, "Omar! There you are!" Omar turned, "Oh Esai! What's up?"
"Not much to be fair. Just checking up on ya. And who is she?" He waved. "Oh! This is Y/N! She's new!"
"H-Hiya!"
He walked over and took her hand, firmly shaking it. "It's such a pleasure to meet you! Ol' Omar here has told me plenty about you in our travels!"
'So he did remember me after all those years.' You thought.
"Anyways, there's a resturaunt nearby and I'm gettin' pretty hungry. Wanna stop there?" Omar nodded, "Sure. Maybe it'll give Y/N a better chance at meeting all the boys."
"Sounds like a plan! Welp, I'm off to tell the driver!" Esai walked off.
As you sat there in thought, you could feel the bus slow down to a stop.
~~~
After an hour of meeting and greeting, you and Omar had a good meal and were back on the bus. You two walked into the Bunk room, quite exhausted. "Gosh...that food is makin me a bit sluggish."
"Saaaaaame." Omar yawned. He stretched and crawled up to the top bunk.
"Hey Omar, wanna talk a bit?"
"Sure!"
"Alright so, how did you even get to where you are?"
"Well..." Omar paused, trying to remember, "You see, I started out on Twitter. It took a lot of grinding."
"How did you do that with school in the way." You pondered.
"Oh well, I just kinda did my homework and payed attention enough to get by. And when my parents were off my case I'd go to my room and press keys on my keyboard and hoped they'd stick together." He chuckled.
"Well, did you ever go to college?"
"Yea but...don't get mad."
"Why?"
"I uh...dropped out."
"Oh...I'm not mad. I didn't go to college because I'm still lost on what career I should pursue." You frowned. You felt as if you were the most indecisive person on the planet.
"You could always be my assistant. Maybe make album covers for me!"
"Yea...but aren't you an artist as well, Omar?"
"Honey, I haven't put a pencil to paper like that in moons. I'm probably considered rusty. Plus, You're sooo much better!"
"Awww c'mon now. I've seen your art!" You smiled. You were being honest. You remembered one in particular:
It was always a neat, pattern-like style
It was always a neat, pattern-like style. He never really colored his art back then, and wasn't ever really confident about it.
"You know all it was was random doodles. It's not like I did commissions like you were planning to! You're the one who inspired me to draw!" He laughed. This made you happy. 'I inspired him.' The idea of him trying to draw album covers and calling for you made you giggle. "Ahhh sorry I'm cutting this short, but" He yawned, "I'm gettin' sleepy. It's a long way to the next destination, so we will have plenty of time to talk tomorrow! Good night!"
He turned over and fell asleep instantly. You on the other hand, looked out of the window at the pinkish-purple clouds drifting by.
You were lost in thought. The clouds soon turned into an inky blue. This made your brain slow down, you finally drifting off into sleep.
Author's Note: Not sure if Suscat's actual name is David!! I'm still new to the music scene, so forgive me!!
