4PM SAME DAY

Minho exhaled loudly as he missed his last shot at the arcade game. Grumbling quietly to himself, he picked up the tickets he had earned and headed for the counter.

"That one please." Minho said, pointing to tabby cat keychain as he handed over his tickets.

He waited for a few minutes in restless silence as the arcade assistant tried desperately to reach for the keychain without crouching.

Finally giving up, the guy bent over to grab the keychain, his bones cracking in the process.

Minho tried his best to hide his grimace as he took the keychain from the guy.

"Thanks." He mumbled, turning to leave.

Only to come face to face with the person he'd least expect to see.

"Hey Woojin, what're you doing here?"

It was already too late when you arrived at the arcade with Jisung.

You searched frantically for the familiar face to appear but Minho was nowhere to be found.

"Y/N, slow down." Jisung said, a little out of breath. He held onto your arm firmly as he stared into your eyes.

"Please tell me what's wrong, I'll try my best to help you and Minho. But you really have to calm down, your breathing is erratic."

You hadn't realised how tense you were as you hyperventilated before Jisung. Closing your eyes, you repeated the dumb phrase Minho made up to help with your anxiety.

"It'll be okay," Jisung assured you.

You nodded in response as you inhaled deeply, willing yourself to calm down.

"I need to confess something."
