My eyes traveled along the map of Derry, a slight chill running down my spine. The group and myself were settled into Bill's garage, slightly dim due to poor lighting. With the only light source from the projector. My eyes traveled along the routes of Derry, Maine. The projector had quietly mumbled, everyone making their towards it as our eyes were now glued to the front. Bill proceeding to point out the points on the dotted map.

"Look that's were G-G-G-Georgie disappeared. And that's were Julia disappeared. There's the i-i-i-i-i-ironworks...and the black spot. Everywhere it h-h-h-happens...I-i-it's all connected through the s-s-s-sewer. " Bill explains.

"And they all meet up at the well house." Ben finishes.

Eddie quickly grabs his inhaler. His breathing starts to pick up faster and faster.

"E-E-E-Eddie, what's wrong?" I say worried about my friend.

"That's where I saw it, That's where I saw the clown," Eddie explains.

"That's where it lives," Bill states.

"I can't imagine anything wanting to live there," Stanley says.

"Can we stop talking about this? I can barely breathe...It's summer...We're kids...I can barely breathe. I think I'm having an asthma attack. I'm not doing this." Eddie furiously rips the map of the wall.

"Put i-i-i-it back, Eddie," Bill tells him.

Eddie shakes his head.

"No, I won't. You guys need to listen-" Eddie starts but is interrupted by the projector.

The sudden sound of the projector broke though the lecture of everyone, quieting each person in the room as a new slide had shown, a picture of Georgie being carried by his father. A bright smile was on his face as he held a baseball bat and mitt in each hand.

"B-B-B-B-Bill what's happening?" I ask.

"I d-d-d-don't know..." He states.

As my brows furrowed, pictures and pictures were shown, Eddie back away from the wall as he walked closer and closer to us. Pictures of Bill and his family scrolled through, faster and faster it went.

A picture landed on a photo of the Denbrough family, dressed neatly while standing close for a picture. With each slide processing, closer and closer it had gotten to Georgie's face. I quickly looked over to the tears brewing in Bill.

"G-G-G-G-Georgie?"

I grasp Bill's hand in mine, stepping closer to the boy as the picture now started to alter over to Mrs. Denbrough. Her mouth had been slightly ajar, each picture showing a flash of hair covering her face. More and More it had covered her face, until the last couple of slides.

]With her hair moving away, her face had been completely changing. From once and agape mouth, a white face was slowly appearing, a devilish smiling clown appeared. My heart leaps against my ribcage as everyone in the room backs away.

"W-w-w-what the fuck..." I yell.

"What the fuck is that! What the fuck!" Richie shouts

"Turn it o-o-off!" I scream.

"Turn it off! Turn it off!" Beverly yells.

Mike knocks the projector over and the clown is gone. I was holding on to Bill's shirt the whole time. Suddenly, the clown pops out of the wall but much bigger than the time I saw it. My breathing is rapid and my whole body trembles with fear.

"Ahhh!" I scream.

Beverly is corned by It. She shields her eyes as I hold tighter and tighter onto Bill. I barry my eyes into his shirt not looking at the huge monster in Bill garage. The rest of the boys open the garage door. When I look up it's gone. I hug Bill tight never wanting to let go.

"It saw us...It saw us and it knows where we are," Eddie says.

"It always did," Bill says walking over to his bike.

"So let's go...Neilbolt...That's where IT lives..." Bill explains.

"After that?" Stanley asks.

"Yeah, it's summer...We should be outside." Richie says.

"If you say its summer one more f-f-f-f-fucking time." Bill curses.

Bill grabs his bike. After what I just went through the last thing I want to do is go to where It lives. But I think about Julia and how maybe she's there. If we're going to end this than it might as well be now. I can't go on living with it breathing down my neck every five minutes.

"W-w-wait, Bill, I'm coming," I announce grabbing my bike.

We finally arrive at the broken-down house. I couldn't stop the fast pacing of my heart as we stood near the broken-down house. Everything screamed trouble with the house's appearance. Although forcing myself into it was what didn't stop me, I didn't bother to let in the regret that sunk in. Letting my tight grasp on the bikes handle loosen.

Walking onto the dingy property, we both had made our way up the broken down porch steps, squeaking with age as we now faced the glassed door.

"He thrust his f-f-f-fist against the p-p-post but still insist he s-s-sees the ghost," Bill mutters.

"We g-g-got this." I stuttered not knowing if what I said was true or not.

Suddenly, the losers come up behind us.

"Bill! Beth" Beverly yells "You can't go in there."

"Look you don't have to come in with us. I go home and all I see is that Georgie's not there...His clothes, his toys, his stupid stuff animals. So walking into this house...For me is easier than walking into my own." Bill says.

"We can't pretend...I can't pretend that everything is normal...I can't go home without being reminded that Julia isn't...And I can't live with myself knowing that I didn't do everything in my power to get her back..." I continue.

Bill and I walk to the door.

"Wow..." Richie says.

"What?" Beverly asks.

"They didn't stutter once," Richie explains.

They all walk up the steps until Stanley says something.

"Wait!"

"What?" Richie asks.

"Shouldn't we have some people keep watch..." Stanley suggest.

"Who wants to stay out here?" Bill asks.

Everyone but Beverly raised there hand...Richie slowly lowered his hand.

"Fuck..." Richie mutters.
