Hyunjin's POV
What did I just said? Did I confessed already? Even Y/N is shocked. I'm so embarrassed and I don't know what to say to her. What if she doesn't like me? I know, she only hates me because of what I did to her. But that doesn't mean I'll stop loving her.
Kkami went in the room and Y/N giggled. Her laughter and giggles are music to my ears.
"Omg, a dog!" she giggled and that makes me smile. She's so soft and innocent all the time. Even to a dog.
"What's his name?" she asked, looking up to me.
"Kkami." I answered almost stuttering but thankfully I didn't. I keep on getting off guarded whenever she do something cute, and even in her small reactions and how she coos at every little cute things she sees.
"Oh, Kkami? It's so cute!" she giggled.
"I brought the dog with me this time so you wouldn't feel bored staying in here." I mumbled as the thought came into my mind.
"I'm passing the girl to unit 7."
Hell no.
"Y/N?" I mumbled and she looked at me with an innocent look. I really love her.
"You miss your family, right?" she nodded and I can see in her eyes tha pain and the sadness. My heart feels like being torn apart whenever I see her like this.
"Do you want to meet them?"
"Y-yes!" she nodded and answered me with a smile on her face.
"Okay, we're going to meet them. And that's a promise." I said.
I saw her eyes shined and her lips formed into a wide smile. She was so excited and that makes my heart flutter. I smiled too at the thought.
"Really??" She asked unbelievably and I nodded as a response.
"Thank you, Hyunjin!" she said and hugs me. It was so quick and my heart started to beat really fast. She called me by my first name for the first time. She was so small and her head was on my chest. I hug her too.
"U-uhm, c-can I let go now?" that was awkward. I hugged her too tight and now she wants to let go. She made a soft giggled as I let her go. Her attention was on Kkami and I can say she's happy with a dog.

The next day, Y/N woke up early and started to cook breakfast for the both of them. The thought of Hyunjin in her head makes her smile automatically while cooking. If she were facing a mirror right now, then she'd know that she's blushing really hard.
While you were cooking, you didn't notice that Hyunjin is watching you while he's in the dining area. With his arms on the table, and his chin resting on his palms while staring at you. He was so mesmerised with your little actions. The way you smile out of nowhere, the way you tuck your hair strands that fall on your face because you didn't tie them properly, the way you hummed a melody. It was so heaven for him.
As you turn around, you were a bit shocked seeing him at the table already. He just smiled and smirked a little. You just walked to him while carrying the food you cooked. It was bacons, omelette and hotdogs. You also prepared two cups of coffee fot the both of you.
"Hyunjin, thank you again." you started the conversation because you won't like it if the atmosphere gets awkward.
"For what?" he asked you.
"For yesterday. You opened up to me about your past, and you're allowing me to see my family." you smiled and Hyunjin smiled too.
"You're welcome, as long as I'm keeping you happy." he answered and you blushed.
"Ah, is that blush? haha." he teased you as he noticed your cheeks turning red.
"What? No, I'm not blushing, why would I?" you simply denied and it was so cute.
After a few minutes of teasing each other, a silence occurred to the both of you.
"You know, I really love this side of you." you said and he gave you a confused look.
"W-what? This side of me?" he asked while pointing to his chest. He was confused.
"Yes, back then I really hate you. Because I don't understand why you kidnapped me and the time you told me that my dad was part of some kind of mafia group or what, and you're working for an organization. But it turns out, I was wrong. You have a soft side too." you smiled and he was soft.
He feels so soft this time, because it was actually the first time hearing these kind of words from you. But somehow he feels guilt because of what he did. He wants to pinch you, he wanted to hug you, he wanted to kiss you.
He wants you.
"Y/N," he mumbled.
"Hm?"
"I like you." he said and you were out of words. You don't know what to say, and was wondering is you heard it right.
"Y-you, like me?"
"Yes, I like you a lot. I mean, I'm starting to fall for you and I can't help it." he confessed very seriously.
"H-hyunjin," you mumbled while hanging your head low.
"I know, you're shocked right? I'll show you how much I want you. I want to protect you from Park So and I want to keep you safe in my arms. Damn, Y/N I want you so bad."
"W-why??"
"I don't know why, I just fall for you. I just did. Your little actions, the way you react, the way you make soft laughs and giggles it makes me want you more." he said and lift your chin up.
The both of you exchanged glances. Your eyes were locked on his and he does the same too. You felt your hearrtbeat flutters and there were butterflies inside your stomach.
Hyunjin was serious and your plan seems to be working.
You're just hoping that you won't fall for him harder in every single day.
