Ch. Twelve

~Time Skip~

Keomi had been walking out of school, she sighed softly as she looked around for the other girls than felt someone jump on her shoulders but she quickly caught the other, she turned to see Kiyoko,

"Keomi-chan! We found you!" She beamed.

Keomi smiled a bit than turned to see the other girls,

"We're gonna go home and change than we'll meet at the mall. Okay, Keomi-chan?" Asked Reina.

Keomi nodded,

"Alright, sounds good to, see you all there!" She beamed.

Everyone parted ways, Keomi had started making her way but was grabbed by the wrist and turned back. She rose a brow as she saw Takehiko,

"Uh, what's up?" She asked,

"I think you should watch who you hang with." He states, smirking a bit.

Keomi yanked her wrist away from him and rubbed her wrist,

"What's that supposed to mean?" She asked skeptically, her glaring as she was once again grabbed,

"I would watch your little group of friends!~ Not all of them are telling the truth!~" He states and cackles.

Keomi growled and shoved him away,

"I don't believe you, now leave me be." She said, turned to leave, than screamed a bit in pain as she felt fire on her wrists as he grabbed them both,

"Listen to me, hun!~ I'm just trying to-" He starts than an explosion was seen and a familiar blonde haired male stood in front of Keomi,

"She said leave her be, asshat!" He growled,

Zen came running over,

"What the hell happened?!" He exclaimed than saw the burn marks around Keomi's wrists and looked to Takehiko.

He glared coldly and went over to the male, grabbing him by the shirt and lifting him off his feet,

"Touch her again, and I'll make sure you-" He started but Rin grabbed him,

"Stop! You'll get in trouble too, Extra." He scolded.

Zen looked back at Rin with the same glare than looked at Keomi and that's when it softened. He huffed and threw Takehiko down,

"Fine, c'mon Keomi." Zen states, gently grabbing her upper arm but stopped as she didn't move.

He looked back at her as Keomi smiled softly at Rin,

"Hey, thanks for helping me there." She states.

The male scoffed and rolled his eyes, crossing his arms a bit,

"Whatever, don't expect me to do that for you again, Bug." He huffed and walked off.

~Time Skip~

Keomi made it home and unlocked the door,

"Pops, I'm home!" She called out.

She frowned as she recieved no response than sighed softly. She didn't like it when she recieved no answer, it meant something was wrong and that was just going to eat at her the entire time she's out. She shook her head a bit and quickly changed. She wore a simple black short sleeved t-shirt, a red plaid skirt with little suspenders on them, she put on a flower headband that had little deer ears and tiny horns, she wore a black leather jacket and some leather braclets. That last thing to be put on is her dog tags that she had engraved to have her pop's words on one while the other had her future hero catchphrases. She gently clasped the metal dog tags around her palm and rested her eyes, she didn't want anymore loss in her life but knew it was bound to happen eventually...

She smiled softly as she walked off to go hang out with the girls.

~Time Skip~

Keomi made it to the mall and saw the other girls. Aiko ran over and hugged the other female,

"OMI-CHAAAN!" She beamed.

Keomi laughed a bit as she heard this and hugged Aiko back,

"Hey Iko-chan." She greeted.

The other girls were wearing more girly or name brand clothes, Keomi than looked down at her clothes but she quiet enjoyed having them like this. It's a Grunge look, she enjoyed it. Reina noticed the clothes Keomi wore and examined them,

"Hmm, I would take you to be the Grunge style of girl." She states.

Keomi shrugged her shoulders and smiled a bit,

"I like them, plus, I don't exactly have a lot of money to spend on clothes. I actually prefer this style." She states.

Aiko grabbed Keomi's hand and the girls began talking and laughing together,

"C'mon, we're going clothes shopping and looking!" She beamed.

Keomi sighed, she hated clothes shopping but she would keep her mouth shut if it meant having fun with her female classmates. She followed after everyone and than saw a rather... girly clothes store.

Basically Forever 21.

Keomi sighed as she watched the females of her classmates split off and go look at all the kinda clothes they had to offer. More of the revealing kinda clothes like dresses, crop tops, short shorts, things Keomi couldn't see herself wearing. She sighed and went over to look at the Denim, the Flannels, and the shirts they had to offer. That's when the girls came over to Keomi and was offering her ideas of what things of her choosing would look good with what. Keomi really didn't care what looked good with what but she was intrested with what the girls had to say what looked good with what,

"If you wear a dark shirt, it's good to wear a lighter pair of pants, skirt, shorts, or whatever you wear. That same goes if you're wearing a light shirt, wear dark bottoms!" Aiko beamed.

Keomi nodded,

"Also it's good to test colors out. You'd be surprised with what colors go with others." Reina states.

"Also, you can't have a good outfit without amazing accessories!~" Kiyoko beamed.

The girls continued to converse with one an other before she noticed a phone call, she rose a brow,

"Uh, hold on girls." She states and takes the call,

"Hello?" She asked, the girls remaining quiet, watching the other,

"Yes, I'm Keomi, may I ask who this is?" She asked than her eyes widen in fear and shock.

The girls were all worried when they saw this, trying to ask her what was wrong but she had broken out into a sprint off,

"I'll be there as fast as I can!" She exclaimed and shut her phone off.

Her eyes were darting around as she panicked, the words the other said pounding loudly in her head as fear and sadness tugged at her heart, that simple sentence was enough to drive her over the edge...
