how do you even combine them?
simple! i would say that to combine it you absolutely need to use it with specific symbols. like flowers on character table. mostly, to achieve this, you can either do it to block elements or just ANY symbol usable that you'd want to use,, in general.
presumably Tibetan is one of my favourites.
I !! highly, recommend it. also combining diacritical marks is the ones that make a hanging effect over a block/line symbol.
