1. To feel remorse over. To hate. To feel sorrow. To burn. As in, You regret me. 2. When I am alone in this dark room. I stare at the ceiling and think of nothing but, I cannot understand regret. I cannot understand you. 3. When you are a valley. When I am a black hole. When there is nothing but ruin in this space and
I eat the noise. 4. When I am home, smothering myself in the silence. You are killing me without even trying, as in, Regret is something you learn to feel. 5. When I wanted you like stars want shine, like grass wants light, like smoke wants night.
And you regret me.
