~Marissa Pov~ "So how's modeling going." My mom said putting the orange juice back in the fridge
"Well it's going great I'm so glad that they give me time to where I'm working and I can still see my baby grow." I said looking back at kallie play with her dolls In my moms living room.
"So you said that you ran into Chris some time ago........" I knew where she was going with this. And I just didn't want to talk about it right now.
"Does he know honey?" She said looking at me but I avoided all eye contact with her. I was looking at everything but her.
"Marissa I know you did not let him walk off being clueless." She said and I knew she was getting upset with me.
"Mom look that just wasn't the right time to tell him what did you want me to say?"Oh hey Chris here's your daughter."
"You could've said something I mean look at kallie,the poor baby thinks she doesn't have a dad when really she met the man a month ago."
"Mom I know and I'm gonna tell him, I just don't know how." After I said that my phone rung and I seen my managers name pop up, wonder what he wants
I putting my finger up to my mom signaling for her to hold that thought.
"Hello?"
"Yeah Marissa I got this shoot for you to do."
"Ok what day and what time does It start."
"Today and at 11." I look at the clock and saw it said 10:30, is he serious
"Oh my god why are you just now telling me, I'll get there just send me the address." I said rushing to grab my purse and find my keys
"Ok bye."he said before hanging up.
"Mom can you watch kallie for me." I said walking over to kallie and kissing on the cheek she didn't pay me any mind because all them damn dolls my mom bought her.
I said goodbye and rushed to my destination.
~Black Pyramid Studios~
I was finally arriving to this studio called black pyramid. I've heard of that clothing line on instagram but I never knew who designed it. I wonder if there here today.
"Hi I'm Marissa Bay and I was called in for a shoot." I said to the woman at the front desk.
"Oh yes Marissa your here for the black pyramid shoot well your gonna go down that long hallway and the very big door that says Studio C." She said point in the direction that I had to go.
"Thanks." I said walking off
As I was walking down this very long hallway there were drawings on the wall and it's weird because Chris use to draw like that or maybe I'm just thinking to much.
I got down to the door and pause when I saw them taking pictures of Chris and other male and female models were just standing around watch him.
What the hell
"Hi are you Marissa." Some Asian chick came up to me.
"Umm yeah."
Good come on let's get you in outfit hair and I don't think you need that much makeup, you're really pretty.
I smiled why she was dragging me.
So the finally got me in my outfit and the did my hair. I was standing in front of the vanity with lights.
While I was putting on mascara I felt a hard smack to my butt.
"What the hell." I said and I was bout to smack whoever did that put when I looked up in the mirror I saw Chris.
"Why you putting on makeup." Chris said and I don't know if I'm wrong but he seemed a little hyper like he was drunk. I may be wrong tho.
"I'm not just mascara." I said screwing the mascara back on.
"So why didn't you ever call me." He said and I could feel him burning a hole in the side of my face.
"Well I've been really busy with my little one so didn't really get across to it." I said looking back at him.
"How ab-." Before he could finish the photographer said it was time to take the shots
While we were shooting I felt really comfortable even with Chris staring at me like a hawk, but when it was time for me and him to shoot when he would touch me I would get the chills.
So the shoot was over and I was grabbing my purse then I started to walk out until I heard Chris call me and run after me.
"Riss your money and clothes will be sent to your agency." He said and it seemed like he had more to say but I just ignored
"Ok thanks." I said about walk off till he grabbed me.
"Wait Riss let me take you out tonight.like old times " He said then let me go.
"Uh sure.Give me your phone." I said and I put my number in there I had his but he didn't have mines.
"Hey don't take advantage of having my number." I said smiling at him.
