Exactly two months later down to the date, my phone ringing at five fifty six in the morning wakes me up.

I'm not even showing but I'm three months and one week, so thirteen weeks.

I moan loudly and rip the charger out of my phone.

"Shut it off!" Lucy moans.

"It's Mom." I mumble. I press answer. "Hello?" I mumble.

"You are not going to believe this!" She says.

"Do you realize it is five thirty in the morning?"

"I don't care. This is about your niece." She snaps.

"It's a girl?" I ask, more awake suddenly. Everyone sits up, alarmed.

"They are a girl." She replies.

"They?" I repeat. "Sierra has twins?"

"Nope." She says. "Triplets."

"Holy fuck!" I gasp. "How is that even possible?"

"We don't know exactly, but her water broke a bit early, and there was a complication and they did a cesarean and there was two more babies."

"Talk to Carter so I can puke." I shove the phone at him and flee to the bathroom. I hate fucking morning sickness. I get sick all the time. I don't know why they call it morningsickness. I don't only get it in the morning. I get it whenever.

I'm very successful with the asthma. I haven't had one asthma attack.

I puke, and then I piss, and then I wipe, flush, and wash my hands and brush my teeth and then go back to bed and take the phone from Carter.

"What are their names?" I demand.

"I was told not to tell you."

"Why the fuck not? I'm their only aunt!" I snap.

"Don't get snippy with me." she says. "Your brother said so."

"Why not?" I demand.

"He wants to see your reaction in person." She says.

"That's a month away!"

"That's what I said." She sighs. "I'm really sorry."

"Is Kyle present?"

"Yes."

"Can I speak to him?"

She sighs again. "Fine."

I hear a short bout of silence. "Hey." Kyle says.

"So you get three girls?" I ask.

"Yes."

"Are you pissed off?" I ask curiously.

I hear him sigh. "No. Sierra and I were suspicious anyways because she was bigger and she felt more movement than she thought was normal. How's my niece or nephew?"

"Fine." I reply. "Why can't I know their names?"

"Because I said no and I want to see your reaction in person."

"Can I at least have a picture of them?"

"No." he says.

"Why not?" I spat. "I'm their-"

"-only Aunt. I am quite aware. Don't you want to see them with your own two eyes first?"

"Yes." I grumble. "Can you at least send mesomething?" I demand.

"I'll send you my middle finger." He says.

"Please?" I beg. "Just like...a foot?"

"Sure." He says.
