The story takes place before Betty had the chance to discover the Black Hood's identity, so we don't know yet who the black hood is. Chic has never been there and will never be there, but Charles does exist, Polly's at the farm with the babies (not an organ harvest farm).
Veronica and Archie are together, just as Betty and Jughead. Toni and Cheryl are together, Kevin and Fangs. FP and Alice do have feelings for each other (they share a son as well). Charles hasn't yet met anybody, they have never met him.
The Gargoyle thing never happened and never will happen. FP was appointed to be the sheriff after Sheriff Keller killed Svenson. Jug is already the Serpent King.
