Her eyes were steady on his hands, watching everything that he did. She didn't know what he was going to do with the needle, the only thing that she knew was that he was going to take her blood so that the heroes could use it to track down her siblings. She pressed her lips together as she watched Bruce slip the needle into the crook of her elbow and she let out a gasp.

There were so many things that Pisces wasn't prepared for when she would be on Earth, and pain was one of them. The Sign of the Zodiac knew that pain was a nasty thing and that humans went through it constantly and she didn't know what it was like. But even with the slight prick of a needle into her arm, she knew that it wasn't something that she wanted to feel ever again, even though she knew that it would be the only thing that she would be feeling for the time being.

Bruce looked over his glasses at her as the two of them were silent in the room. He didn't know what it was that the young girl was going through and he hoped that it was nothing horrible. Bruce didn't want to say anything to her to hurt her feelings or to make her feel uncomfortable. That was the last thing that he wanted to do to the young Zodiac Sign because he knew what it felt like to be in a sticky situation. He knew what it was like to be in the place that she was in and he didn't want her to feel like she was alone.

He inhaled deeply as he looked up at her as he reached over to a few vials that he could fill with blood and she watched as he grabbed them. She didn't know a lot about the human world that she was now apart of, but she wanted to learn more. Pisces was an intelligent being and there were things that she knew that no one else in the world knew ― other than a Star in the night sky ― and that was what set her apart. She was smart and she wanted nothing more than to learn as much as she could, which was why she began to wonder what it was that she could've done while on Earth to learn more about them.

About human beings.

"Thank you for being so kind to me," Pisces said to him in a soft voice, which would've been inaudible to anyone else in the room, but Bruce looked up at her when he heard her. He gave her a small smile as he nodded his head to her, before placing one of the vials into a rack.

"I know what it is like to not completely fit in and feel comfortable," Bruce replied to her, and she knew what he meant by that. He was a man who had gotten into a life-threatening accident, and he survived ― at a cost. Bruce Banner, when he was angry, became a being called the Hulk, and he was an Avenger that she had caught herself keeping an eye on from the House of the Zodiac. He had something about him that made her want to get to know him and learn what it was like for him and how he got through it all. "But don't worry, I'll make sure that nothing happens to your family and you, we'll do whatever it is that we can to make sure we find them."

"Is there any way that I would be able to help?" Pisces questioned, but then she threw the thought out of her mind. "Actually, that might not actually be the best idea, seeing as Ophiuchus may be looking for me. And the last thing that should happen is for her to come to find me."

"I may have a solution for that," Tony Stark said as he entered the conversation, making both Pisces and Bruce turn their heads to face him. The billionaire walked into the lab, and Pisces noticed a teenage boy at his side, and he was something that she remembered as Peter Parker ― a boy who swung around the streets of New York and called himself Spider-Man. Tony glanced to Peter for a few seconds, before giving Pisces a kind smile. "Pisces, this is Peter Parker, he goes to a school called Midtown and I had the idea that to hide you, you go undercover as a high school student."

"Tony, do you really think that that's a good idea―"

"Would it really keep me hidden?" Pisces cut Bruce off, her eyes wandering over to Peter.

Peter Parker nodded his head to her, "I believe that it'll work. High School is an easy place for people to blend in, and I think that you would really fit in." He glanced between Bruce and Tony, before back to Pisces, "And I can make sure that I'm the one who can show you around, one of my friends is in charge of that sort of thing."

As the offer was laid out on the table for her, Pisces glanced between Tony and Bruce and she knew that the two of them had conflicting thoughts about the whole idea. She could tell that Tony wanted to make sure that she was safe, which was why he was able to ask the younger boy to help keep her hidden. But Bruce didn't seem convinced that she would be a hundred percent safe, but when push came to shove, it was her decision.

So, she inhaled deeply, before nodding her head, "It sounds like a good idea. When do we begin?"
