I get asked this a lot and it is really hard especially if you know you can get physically or mentally hurt.
You are very, very strong and words can make a difference so think about what you say to them.
Here are a few options of what you can do to resolve it:
1. Tell an adult you trust. (Parent, babysitter, teacher, principal etc.)
2. Ignore them and pretend not to be affected, over time they will go away seeing that there is nothing that will make you break down. Tell yourself 'I am strong' over and over again until you believe it.
If you have trouble with option 2 read,
It tells you how to develop self confidence and how to take risks.
3. Tell the bully how it's not right and ask them if they were in your shoes. Try not to come off harsh but loud and fierce enough for them to know who is boss.

Although this person bullies you shouldn't be mean, rude or offend them in any way. Always be the bigger person no matter what they do to you. Also remember that most bullies are going through something big like their parents are fighting or they are getting bullied themselves. This doesn't make it okay but just know that they may be having a hard time and taking it out on you. Also think back to see if you did anything to hurt them even the slightest bit. It's the little things.
It doesn't stop there, always remember girls are so powerful and to never stop believing in yourself.
Yes! It's as simple as that! Stand tall ladies! ❤️
