This was the original ending of this book. I felt finishing it with Jessica's freedom and her first... ♥whats it♥ was a perfect conclusion. With my head held high with pride I handed the printed manuscript to my father. When he finished reading it he handed it back to me and said, 'You can't end it there.'
I was like what...?
He said, 'I've got to know where she comes from. The complete story, and that bastard Adam has to get his just desserts.'
So...what follows is dedicated to my wonderful Dad who was the first person to ever read anything I had written.
He has since passed on but did get to read the ending. Dad handed it back to me with a smile and jerk of his head as he said, 'Better.'
