Jimin swirled a glass of whiskey in his hand, watching the ice slowly melt away into the alcohol. He was well aware of the man sitting on his left, rambling about combining their businesses, but his eyes were currently focused on the blond woman sitting on his right. A tight blue dress accentuated her curves, ending just above her knee. Jimin didn't try to hide the fact that he was gaping at her, drinking her body in, because she was already looking back at him with blown pupils.

"What was your name again?" Jimin questioned the man sitting next to him, eyes still trained on the blond as he licked his lips.

"Brian, Mr. Park," the man sounded a bit too enthusiastic that he had been asked for a name by Park Jimin, the youngest and most successful CEO in the country.

"I'll talk to you about business later Brian," he replied, emptying his glass of whiskey and placing it on the table. "If you don't mind, I got a job to do and I don't like to keep ladies waiting."

He stood from the plush leather couch he had been sitting on, offering a hand to the woman who had been eyeing him throughout the night. She took his hand and stood, leaning in close to his ear. "You would abandon a business talk for me?"

"Oh, honey," Jimin laughed, finding her words funny. "My business is doing more than well enough on its own, I don't need talks."

She lead him to her hotel room, opening the door and switching on the lights. Jimin gazed around at the blueprints she had spread out on the study desk, all of them depicting different parts of the human brain, some portions marked with golden ink.

"I'm a neuroscientist," she smiled, noticing how Jimin was intrigued by the blueprints. "Currently trying to study which parts of the human brain can be injected with AI."

"Injected," Jimin hummed, leaning against the desk to look at her. "I'm not sure that's safe."

"Hence the research," she clicked her tongue, walking over to him and pulling his tie. "I'm very hot and sweaty and I would appreciate you helping me out a little."

Jimin pushed her into the bed, ravaging her mouth in a fierce kiss, simultaneously loosening his tie in the process. He had hardly touched her and she was already panting beneath him, looking up at him with hooded eyes. She watched him throw his tie on the ground and sighed, sitting up to unbutton his shirt. Once the first four buttons were undone, she ran a pointed finger down his exposed chest.

"You're hot," she slurred, placing her hand right above where his heart would be. "I like how your heart's thumping under my hand."

Her words seemed to have ignited something else in Jimin as he stepped back and stood from the bed, shaky fingers running through his hair. The woman looked concerned and she reached out to pull him back into bed only for him to pick up his tie and back away further.

"Wait," she sat up, hair a mess and face flushed from having had him that close. "Did I do something wrong?"

"I'm sorry I have to leave," he answered, opening the door to her room. "Perhaps we can continue this some other time."

"You can't leave me hanging!" She yelled after him as he left the room, the door shutting behind him softly. The woman looked at her own reflection in the mirror, eyes wide and expectant, cheeks red and warm. Her mind flashed back to whatever glimpse she had caught of Jimin's abs and she groaned, falling on her back on the bed.
