i think...i think the reason why i buy so many cameras is because i want to remember things. i want to capture the memories, and the moments, before their vivid colors fade to gray.
the click, the blink. the pose, the wink.
i want to still the smiles, pause the laughs. hold on a little while longer to the way your eyes shine from the flash.
i just want to cling on to my youth, our youth. the nights we'll always remember and days we can't wait to forget.
i just want to grasp a hold of the life i lived and wistfully think of the life i'll never have.
and what better way to preserve that than a photograph?
