Winter P.O.V

The second I felt the presence of the rogues, I shifted into my wolf and growled at the intruders, without showing my power. There were three of them, but the wolf in the center seemed to be their leader. I felt the power in the air, and one of them seemed to once be at least a Beta before they became a rogue. It seemed that they just recently became rogue, because I still felt some of his power, telling me to back down. I got the advantage, because as the Alpha's daughter, I had more power than the Beta, but less than the Alpha himself. From how he was standing and growling at me, he probably just thought I was a normal wolf from the pack.

After he had his little power fit, I let out a growl which made him aware of my power. The two wolves standing behind him and backed away momentarily while the former Beta just cringed. Before either of us could make a move there was the sound of paws crunching new snow, letting us know we were not alone.

I started walking back to my house when I felt that something was wrong. Feeling the power coming from where I was just at, I turned around and started running, hoping I could pick up Winter's scent.

I hadn't marked her yet so it took a good 15 minutes before finding her scent. I started walking in the direction feeling the power grow stronger and stronger. I walk up to a little clearing and there they were. Winter and 3 rouges. I stepped towards the middle and letting out a low growl. My power not quite showing through, but it was enough to get everyone to shift.

"Ah. Look who we have. Here to save your girlfriend?" The leader said to me in a mocking tone, while standing there before me in his birthday suit.

"Shut up and leave. You have no right to be here." I said back. I wanted to rip these rogues heads off for not only trespassing, but for seeing my woman naked. Only I get to see her like that, and man did I like the view.

“Owwwww” My wolf whistled.

"Aww, look at the little pack member trying to stand up for this territory," he said to me and then turned to his friends, "and get the girl, but I want her alive,”

His friends shifted once more, and started walking up Winter until one of them bite into her neck just after she shifted herself. I quickly ran in with my black fur hitting the wind as I kicked off the rouge. I stood in front of her and growled, letting all my power shine through. I was the Alpha after all. Well, almost.

After I growled, Winter started growling too making me notice that she was the Alpha's daughter. The rogues quickly got scared and started running away except for the leader.

Winter and I started walking away, hoping that he wouldn't follow us which he didn't. I took Winter back to my house and we quickly shifted. I put on the clothes I took off before I shifted, because I didn't want to ruin her brothers clothes, and then gave some clothes to her. I ran into the bathroom and grabbed some bandages and helped Winter cover up the bite in her neck. I wasn't too bad. It wasn't really bleeding at all.

Winter had fallen asleep about an hour after we got back to my house. I walked into my room seeing she was already passed out.

"Winter, I'm sorry we didn't get off on a good start. I wish I could start over, and drop the arrogant jerk act. Yeah I can be a dick sometimes but I will love you no matter what." I said her and leaned in to kiss her forehead, causing her to stir a little. "Goodnight Winter." I took my shirt and pants off, leaving me in just my boxers then I got into my bed behind her. I rested my arm around her stomach and fell into a peaceful sleep.
