The ring exchange was short but sweet well at least for everyone around us but for me an Xavier it was excruciatingly painful because for some reason every time we glanced at each other we'd just start laughing.
"I swear to god these heels are going to be the death of me" I groaned holding onto my glass of wine.
"We're in your house cupcake you can just go and change your shoes" Xavier laughed holding onto the curve of my waist causing instant butterflies.
"Yeah but then it won't go with my outfit. Come on trainers and a ball gown" i pouted.
"It would look fine" Xavier shook his head.
"thats because darling your taste in women's fashion is shit so obviously you'd think that and I mean that in the nicest way possible" I pinched his cheeks teasingly.
"Great we're not even married yet and your already bullying me" Xavier whined childishly.
"We'll I'm so glad that I finally got to meet you Thea I've heard a lot but nothing can compare to the actual beauty standing in front of me" a lanky guy that oddly resembled Xavier stood before me. He had dirty blonde hair in contrast to Xavier's brown hair but had his hazel eyes. The guy was fairly handsome and had a boyish smile but I felt the need to compare him to Xavier's charming looks.
"Brother" Xavier gritted out his whole body stiffening and his grip around my waist tightening.
"Xavier nice to see you too" he said with a smug look on his face.
"Luther I thought you were in Toronto" Xavier asked.
"No my brother if you really listened to me you'd of known that I was coming back earlier for you wedding and you'd also know that I went to Milan not Toronto" Luther rolled his eyes.
"Well I don't want you fucking back so just leave" Xavier growled shielding me from Luther's view.
"But I've only just arrived and I can't possibly miss my little brothers wedding" he said with a horrified expression.
"Look I don't know what game your trying to play but leave Thea and I out of this" Xavier narrowed his eyes.
"Oh don't worry Xavier I'm not gonna try an take away your little girlfriend from you. She'll just come to me" Luther winked taunting Xavier.
"You fucking.." Xavier seethed launching himself forward.
"Stop, Xavier theres a whole crowd of people here today. not now" I whispered pushing his chest back as I eyed the paparazzi standing behind my father.
"See you later pumpkin" Luther gave a teeth baring smile and kissed the top of my hand.
"Ew quick Xavier go get me some disinfectant" I frowned pulling my hand away.
"I think you got yourself a keeper Little bro my charm doesn't even work on her" he laughed.
For some reason the fact that Xavier didn't like him immediately made me feel different about Luther too. I simply didn't like him and I couldn't help it.
