Bakugou and Kirishima were now sitting on the grass, waiting for the fireworks to light up the night sky. It had been a long day for the both of them. They had been eating a lot and playing mini games. Surprisingly, Bakugou did admit to himself that it was fun, however he still hadn't forgotten the unknown feeling from before. He could still feel, now that Kirishima was sitting next to him, his hand places right next to his.
Bakugou swallowed hard, trying to put his mind on other things. That didn't happen though. He was way too focused on Kirishima's profile. He just started to notice how good looking Kirishima actually is. How come I didn't notice this? Bakugou thought.
He just started to notice the small scar on Kirishima's right eye. His thin brows, and small red pupils. His skin was surprisingly smooth-looking. His sharp teeth that was quite noticeable whenever he parted his lips. His lips looked soft and nice.
Bakugou's face suddenly flushed. Those thoughts of his were nothing than mere trouble, or so he thought. He couldn't help it. Those thoughts just automatically formed in his mind, flowing in there.
Then suddenly, the fireworks lit up. "Bakugou! Look! The fireworks!" Kirishima pointed at the fireworks in the sky. His eyes had the reflection of the fireworks as he was brightly smiling.
Bakugou on the other hand couldn't seem to be focusing on the fireworks for too long, rather, he was more focused on Kirishima.
Shit
Shit
Shit
Shit
Shit
Shit
Shit!Bakugou's lower lip almost started to turn purple from him biting it. What the hell? Why am I so out of it today? Why am I feeling like this?
He couldn't tell what was going on with him anymore. He was confused, though, he had another feeling inside of him. A feeling that he had actually felt toward another.
The only name that popped up in his head was...
Midoriya.
"What?" He quietly mumbled under his breath, averting his head from Kirishima, at the fireworks. Why? He thought, starting to slowly solve the puzzle.
Bakugou once was in love in Midoriya, however that did not go as planned. It seemed as if they weren't compatible for each other. That love ended when Midoriya found the one he was destined to be with, whom was Todoroki. He ended up vented his feeling toward Kirishima, which lead to them sleeping peacefully together.
Bakugou's cheeks slightly flushed from the memory of them sleeping together.
And then, his love for Midoriya was never brought up again.
Do I still like Midoriya? No. That can't be. Why would I like him? We didn't have much in common after all.
There seemed to be one piece missing to solve the puzzle.
"Bakugou! Are you even focusing at the fireworks?!" Kirishima said, pouting his lips. Bakugou finally snapped out of his thoughts, his gaze meeting Kirishima's.
Ah. Kirishima. Do I perhaps...
The feeling toward Kirishima...
Is it perhaps...
Love?
"Bakugou?" Kirishima called out on him, this time in a soft spoken tone. "Are you feeling alright?" He asked.
Bakugou gulped, hugging his knees and laying his head on his knees. "Y- Yeah. I'm fine." He managed to say, face red from the sudden realization.
"Maybe we should head back to Todoroki's after all?" Kirishima suggested, not believing in his words. Not only that, but ever since earlier, he could tell that Bakugou was up to no good - like he wanted to check something with this town.
It took a moment for Bakugou to reply. "Okay." He said and quickly got up on his feet. "Let's go." He then started to walk away. Kirishima quickly got up and followed from behind, eventually catching up by his side. He started to talk about who-knows-what when he caught up.
Bakugou wasn't listening though. He was just trying to figure out if he was actually in love with his pet dragon.
Kirishima noticed him not paying attention and started to shut up. He frowned, going quiet, which Bakugou didn't notice.
The ride back home was nothing else than awkward. They didn't say anything until they were greeted by a Midoriya and Todoroki making out in the living room. Todoroki had his fingers run through Midoriya's fluffy hair, and another hand holding his small waist.
Midoriya on the other hand was sitting on Todoroki's lap, having his arms wrapped around his neck. They didn't notice Bakugou and Kirishima walking up on them until Bakugou screeched. "G- Get a fucking room you two!!" He said before stomping his way to the room he was staying at.
Midoriya ended up blushing, jumping out of Todoroki's lap in embarrassment. Todoroki just stayed calm, not having anything to say.
"I'll just, um, leave." Kirishima awkwardly said. Midoriya nodded. "G- Good night." He said before leaving to the same room as Bakugou.
"Good night." Todoroki replied while Midoriya had his face buried in his palms. He got up with a sigh, gently parting Midoriya's hands away from his face. "Shall we go and sleep then?" He asked, placing soft kisses on Midoriya's hands.
Midoriya just nodded his head, no words escaping from his mouth.
