<P>''Do I know you?'' Dad asked.</P>
<P>I stood there. Waiting. </P>
<P>''My name is Abby Palla. I'm you're daughter.'' My mouth dropped.</P>
<P>''Dad?'' I asked.</P>
<P>The girl looked at me.</P>
<P>I couldn't look at her.</P>
<P>''Why don't you come in Abby?'' Dad said</P>
<P>''Uhmm ..Rach? Let's give them a moment.'' Danny said gripping my elbow.</P>
<P>''Buhh buhh..''</P>
<P>''I think Danny's right Rach.'' Mom said as she put her arm around my shoulder.</P>
<P>-Nxt Day</P>
<P>I sat across from my new sister.</P>
<P>''I always wanted a sister.'' Abby told me.</P>
<P>''Really?'' I asked. ''Because I sure as hell don't remember asking god for one.''</P>
<P>I finally had my dad. And now someone was trying to take my place.</P>
<P>Abby looked down at the table. ''I'm sorry. But all my life, I've lived without knowing whether or not my dad was alive. And I found him. He's my father too, Rachel.''</P>
<P>''Yeahh, well he was mine first!'' Okay so maybe that was a little childish.</P>
<P>''I've lived my whole life without knowing him too, okaY? I seen all the other little girls sitting on there daddies laps and being daddy's little girls. I never had that! And now I found him and it's perfect. So if you think you're gonna come in here and try to take everything from me,then you're wrong!'' I shouted.</P>
<P>''And you don't think that's how I felt? I never had anyone! I've been in foster care since I was Six! I've been beated and raped and treated like a dog! I've never been able to trust anyone all my life! Don't you get it? He's the only thing that's keeping me from going back!'' She shouted back at me.</P>
<P>''Oh so you're using my father?'' I argued back.</P>
<P>''Forget it. I thought having a sister would be kinda cool. But I was wrong. You don't have to like it Rachel. But John Corbin is my father. And You're my sister.''</P>
<P>I snorted. She sighed and walked away.</P>
