-One Month Later-

The last month had been driving me crazy. Roger and all the boys had been treating me like a china doll. Not one of them even daring to touch my arm, at first it had made sense. But now it was becoming annoying. It had majorly delayed the release of their new album. However I enjoyed being at the farm, and I was ready to finish the album. I was in a purple flowing dress, my hair piled in to an elegant messy updo.  I walked in to the kitchen where all the boys were crowded around the table in a loud chatter. The noise stopped as soon as I stepped through the door.

"Good morning Evie" Freddie said not quite meeting my eyes. All of them looked at my awkwardly unsure of what to do with my presence. Roger stood up jerkily and scraped a chair backward

"Here. Evie take a seat" he smiled a tight  lipped smile at me. Ensuring not to touch me at all as he tucked the chair in behind me. I looked at them all, feeling exasperated. All I wanted to do is finish the fucking album. I needed the distraction

"Right everyone" I said sharply. "Stop treating me like a fucking China doll. We came to write an album. That's what we are going to do"

All of their mouths hung slack as the words tumbled out of my mouth.

"Sorry. I didn't mean that to come out so harsh" I smiled at them sheepishly

"SHES FUCKING BACK" Freddie grinned broadly at me across the table. The conversation soon sparked up just as it used to and the finalising ideas were flying. Talk of the album and the shift back to normality made me so happy. I looked at Roger, he was standing close to me. But not close enough, I stood up and grabbed his hand. A look of surprise swept across his face as this was the first contact we had made in a long time. He smiled down at me, his eyes lighting up beautifully. I smiled back at him, wrapping my arms around him tightly in a long awaited hug. It didn't take long for him to reciprocate, his arms snaked around me familiarly. The feeling of being in his embrace again made me smile. I needed him and he needed me

After a thriving discussion we all rushed over to the studio. Roger and I walked side by side until I grabbed his hand and squeezed it tightly in mine. Causing a huge smile to light up his face. The doors to the converted barn were slid open, as we all rushed in the sight saddened me. Everything had lay untouched and abandoned. No sign of their thriving creativity anywhere in the gloomy room. Freddie's piano had a soft layer of dust covering it, it just broke my heart.

"So you haven't been working at all?" I said furrowing my brow at Rog. His eyes danced around the room. Doing everything in their power to avoid contact with mine.

"Of course not darling" Freddie said sincerely. "We couldn't do it without you" he smiled grabbing my hand and leading me in to the empty recording booth. It was covered with a light coating of dust, the buttons clearly left untouched from the last session we had. It made me so upset

"It makes me sad you haven't been working" I said clinging on to Roger

"We were all willing to wait. For you" He smiled planting a soft kiss on the top of my nose

"Lets get started" John smiled

"Try it one more time Rog, please" Brian's voiced echoed around the large studio.

Roger was stood in front of a microphone singing insanely high harmonies. Freddie wanted them even higher and it was driving Rog crazy
