Chapter 12: finishing the room

The next day
Becky's POV
Bayley Seth and I started to put the sheets and tape down so we could start paint the room pink and blue half and half then we would put flowers on the pink side of the room then put cars on the blue side

Bayley and I were painting half of it pink I painted the bottom and she painted the top because I couldn't be on the ladder then Colby painted the other side blue

After the coat of paint was dry Bayley and I started painting purple and red flower and Colby was painting little cars on the wall

Seth's POV
It was kinda hard painting the cars but I got it done and the girls had a few more flowers then we would all be done

After we finished painting it was already 5 PM so I asked the girls what they wanted for dinner and they said Mexican so I put in an order for enchiladas and chimichangas with beans and rice

While they stayed home I went to get the food and called them to ask what they wanted to drink and I got coke, lemonade and ice tea

When I got home I opened the door and heard a lot laughing and talking going on between the two girls

Seth: I'm home

Bayley and Becky: yay

Seth chuckled at them both and put the food and drinks on the table and the girls came rushing over as they sat at the table

Seth sat next to Becky and handed both of them their food and drinks they ate their food and had a few laughs

Bayley's POV
Today was a good day but unfortun- ately I had to go back on the road and so did Seth so his mom would take care of Becky for a week or two then Seth would be back with Becky

I left the house and went back to the hotel and in the morning I was going to get ready to get onto the road again

Colby's POV
I got up and made breakfast for myself and Rebecca and then she came down stairs in her pajamas and walked to the kitchen

I made pancakes and cut up some fruit she sat next to a d started eating her pancakes

Colby: what's wrong?

Rebecca: nothing I just wish you didn't have to go

Colby: I wish I didn't have to go either but I'll be back in a week or two

Rebecca: I know I'm just gonna miss you so much

Colby: I'll miss you too

Rebecca: did you even pack

Colby: no I didn't I'll do it after I finish eating

Rebecca: your lucky I love you cause I put some clothes, toothpaste and a toothbrush in your suitcase before I came down

Colby: thanks love

Rebecca: *looks at him in shock*

Colby: what?

Rebecca: it's just I haven't heard you call me that before

Colby: I know it feels nice to call you that though

Rebecca: I'm gonna miss you

Colby: I'll miss you too but I'll be back before you know it... I'm gonna go pack my shampoo and then I have to go and my mom is going to stay here to make sure your ok and not lonely

Rebecca: ok thank you

He went upstairs and got the rest of his things together while Becky was down stairs making him snacks for the road
