By Monday morning, Kaycee was still at Sean's house. She had a full drawer now of her clothes, which he made her put together. He insisted on it despite Kaycee not wanting to take up more of his space.
Their parents weren't against them spending this much time together either. Kaycee thought for sure her parents, at least her father, would be opposed to her spending days at a time at her boyfriends house but he didn't seem to care as much as she thought.
Kaycee was in the process of straightening her hair after her morning shower when Sean walked in the bathroom, and was quick to wrap his arms around her waist. He kissed her neck, causing her to set the straightener down.
"Sean," she groaned. "I have to finish getting ready."
"I love your curly hair though," he said. "Please keep it curly today."
She shrugged. "I'm already halfway done. Tomorrow."
"Promise?" asked Sean, as he turned her around to face him.
She leaned against the counter top, setting her hand against his chest softly. "Promise," she smiled, kissing his cheek.
"Gimme a real kiss," he demanded with a pouty face.
Her head tilted. "You're needy today."
"I just wanna be admired by my girlfriend," he responded. "Is that too much to ask?"
Kaycee giggled, holding his face in her small hands. "We have class," she said. "I'll admire you all night, handsome."
"Please," he pleaded, puckering his lips. "Just one."
She shook her head, "You are so needy."
He laughed, leaning in as he finally pressed his lips against hers. Instead of pulling away quickly, she let him deepen the kiss. He bit onto her bottom lip, and she instantly grabbed onto his and held it longer than he did. She was always competitive. She felt confident lately, wanting to try new things and be the one in control, rather than him.
He tightened his hold on her small waist and pulled her closer to him, their bodies now pressing firmly against each other.
Kaycee was the first to pull away after losing herself within him, for longer than she wanted to.
"Awh," he pouted again. "Just a little longer,"
Kaycee shook her head, "I have to finish my hair."
He let go, finally giving in and letting her finish getting ready. All he had to do is slip on his shoes and he was done.
To pass the time, he headed downstairs and made them smoothies, and waited until Kaycee eventually came downstairs. Today, she was wearing jeans and one of Sean's white t shirts.
"You look beautiful today, baby," he smiled, handing her the drink.
She took a sip, smiling up at him. "Thank you."
Sean grabbed his keys and both their bags and went to the car. The drive to the campus was quick, and once they arrived they parted ways.
Sean found a seat in the back of the room, resting his head on his hand as he watched the professor hand back the first essay they wrote. Once the professor reached Sean, he only subtly shook his head in disappointment and flipped his essay upside down. Sean frantically flipped it back over, seeing dozens of notes written all over it. Every paragraph had several mistakes and things that just didn't make sense. He sighed, shoving it in his bag, not wanting to think about what it had done to his grade.
