~Chapter 12: I'm Coming for you~

~Winnie's P.O.V.~

My jaw nearly dropped to the ground as I heard Nora's words. What the hell....I looked at Derek, who shook his head quickly. I knew that this wasn't true. Nora...Sleeping with several men? She'd probably kick their asses. They were all jocks!

Mrs. Perkins cleared her throat as the whispers and whistles filled the place. "Excuse me!" She whistled into the microphone, causing everyone to cover their ears and groan. "Thank you very much. Now, to go on with it." She mumbled into the mic, looking around to see if anyone was still talking.

The room grew silent again, although many people had their phones out. "The Professors and Dean have decided to start a new club this year. I know you all have many - scrap-booking, garden club, and more. We're adding a new one."

Everyone stared at her eagerly, to see what was planned. I already knew, though. "Purity group, or club." People groaned and shook their heads, rolling their eyes.

I'd made a decision, that I planned to not go back on. "Give a warm welcome to one of our co-presidents of the club, Winnie Shy." No one clapped as I walked down the isle. Everyone stared, but I wasn't bothered....Okay...I was...a little.

A wolf-whistle came from one side of the place, and I turned a bit red as I got to Mrs. Perkins. She handed me the mic. I was nervous - very nervous. I wasn't used to being in front of people. Goodness, how in the world are you going to be a judge, Winnie, if you can't get up and talk in front of people!?

"Hello," I said quietly, "I'm Winnie Shy."

"Well duh!"

"Get on with it!"

"BOO!!!"

I gulped and straightened myself. "If you want to sign up, come see me, or sign up in the office with Mrs. Perkins, and the Dean." Another wolf-whistle sounded off in the same direction. I looked up to see Garrett. My eyes rolled. "That's all, thank you." I handed the Microphone back to Mrs. Perkins, and walked out of the room.

**

"Hey! Winnie!" I heard a squeaky voice call behind me. I spun around as I was walking down the hall to see Tuesday.
