Peggy's POV
I walk out the door and shut it behind me. I really didn't want to go see Alex just In case he was playing something.
I walk out of the dorm complex and go to the fountain. I see Alex already standing there and I walk to him. If Alex tried to do anything I'm going to be mad. Eliza has the biggest crush on him and he knows that. I'm not going to do anything with Alex because I'm not going to play my sister like that and I like John so, no thank you.
I sit down on the side of the fountain and look up at Alex
"What do you need?"
I ask him. He sits beside me and I scoot over so he's not close to me.
"Will you go to a party with me?" Is
He asks me. I shake my head
"No thanks"
I tell him. He makes a fake pout and asks
"But why??"
I stand up and say
"I'm not going, ask Eliza"
He tries to grab my hand but I take it away.
"Bye Alex"
I say and walk off.
Since I told John I was going to a café I decided to go and get a coffee. I sit down at a table and drink my coffee while scrolling through my phone.
I look at the time and it's 8:30, the café closes at 9 so I go ahead and leave.
When I get back to the dorm it was around 9:30. I unlock the door and walk in to see John asleep on the couch. I smile and get a blanket from my room and put it over him. I yawn and go to my room. I change into shorts and an oversized graphic T-shirt. I lay down on my bed and fall asleep a while after.
💛THE NEXT MORNING💛
I wake up and look at the time, 9 am. I yawn and since it was a Saturday and I didn't have class today I decided I was going to stay at the dorm all day. I scroll through my phone for thirty minutes before getting up to get breakfast. I stand up from the bed and walk out of my room. when I get out of my room John's still asleep on the couch. I smile and go to the kitchen. I grab a bowel and a box of Cheerios. I pour the cereal then the milk into the bowel and get a spoon from one of the drawers. I pick up the bowel and turn around to see John, I jump in fright and drop the bowel
"Shot," I say and bend down to pick up the bowel. my head hits something so I look up to see John. his face, not even an inch away from mine. I can feel my face become red. I pick up the bowel and put it on the counter. I turn around and jump over the spill. I get the mop and broom. I clean up the mess then put the bowel in the sink. I start to walk out of the Kitchen when John says something that makes me turn around
"What?"
"Do you want to go to uhmm the party with me tonight?"
I smile "of course" he smiles back and I walk back to my room calmly. I close the door and jump up and down quietly. I lay down on the bed and kick my feet up and down smiling, I'm so freaking happy!
