Now that I've been rewatching teen wolf again I have a sudden urge to do a crossover or something. Jfc. teen wolf x the originals maybe?? Or a Theo Raekin fanfic. I love that dude srsly
Chapters 1-39 have already been edited, including the prelude. But if you guys wish to reread or something, if I missed something, pls tell me! Ty :))
I groggily opened my eyes, only to come face-to-face with a black cladded chest.
"What the hell," I groaned. I then realized I was in someone's arms, arms I recognized instantly to be Alec's. "I fell asleep?"
"Yeah, in the Uber." Alec replied. I took in my surroundings. We were back at the Institute.
"Alec, where have you been?" Jace asked.
I patted his chest, signalling that it was okay to put me down. Alec gently placed me on my feet.
"Java Jones. We grabbed a snack." He said. "I got the alert."
"You okay?" I asked.
"I will be, when we get Clary back." Jace said.
Alec and I exchanged a look as we both tried to mask our surprise.
"What about you? Everything okay?" He asked me.
"I'm fine," I told them curtly. Izzy casted me a knowing look, which meant she knew. Alec must've told her. Jace gave me a suspicious look. Simon just looked as if he had no idea what was going on.
"Number one priority is Clary." Alec said, easily deflecting Jace's suspicion.
"The Clave has reinstated the kill order on her and Jonathan." I added.
"What?!" Simon protested. "You can't let them do that. You have to fight it. You're the head of an Institute."
"No, no, no." Jace shook his head. "This is a Clave order. We just have to get to Clary before they do."
"What's the latest on the Heavenly Fire serum?" Alec asked his sister.
"I'm still extracting particles of Glorious." Izzy answered. "Once I'm done, I should be able to create a more concentrated serum that's much more powerful than the one we tried before."
"And if you inject Jonathan with that?" I asked.
"That should separate Clary from Jonathan for good." She promised.
The vampire looked doubtful as he said, "that's great and everything, but first we have to find them."
"Jonathan and Clary will have activated their Anti-Tracking runes." Alec stated.
I sighed. "Finding them won't be easy."
Jace suddenly looked up, as if he suddenly got an idea. I could practically see the gears turning in his head. "It will if they come to me."
I entered Alec's office with Jace in tow. "You're not going in there unarmed." I scoffed.
"It's the only way to save Clary." He reasoned.
"If Jonathan smells a rat, you're a dead man." I said.
"Thanks for the vote of confidence." He sighed. "Listen, he won't, okay?" He assured me. "We're gonna have real-time intel on their exact location. The second Isabelle is done with Glorious, we catch them off guard, separate Jonathan and Clary, and then we kill him once and for all."
I went over to Alec's desk and pulled out a small box from the top drower. "Now, remember, in order for these rings to work and remain invisible, it is imperative that you stay alert."
