It's been many years since Taehyung hasn't respond to Yoongi. The others tried to make him laugh and smile a true gummy smile, only to be met by a crying Yoongi everytime they open the door. Every night he prays that Taehyung'll come back healthy and stay the same as before.

But there are still times where Yoongi and the twins would play and play. Right?

"Kimgo! Minha! Get back here!"
Yoongi yelled as he chased the two toddlers who ran away from him, giggling.

"Nuuu!"
They both yelled back. Giggling once Yoongi got them and raised them up in the air.

"You can't escape daddy!"
Yoongi made growling noises that were too cute to be scary. The two toddlers giggled as they both kick their feet in the air, trying to get away.

"Yes we can!"
Kimgo giggled. Trying to squiggle out of his father's embrace.

"Now let's get you changed-"

"Noooooooo!"
Minha squeaked. Trying to squiggle her way out of her father's grasp aswell.

It took Yoongi time and patience to get the twins changed. He huffed and sat on the floor while looking at both Minha and Kimgo pouting. The twins plopped their butts on the fluffy pastel mint carpet.

"Awww come on don't be grumpy! Daddy will bake pancakes and cookies!"
Yoongi lets out a smile and giggle. Upon hearing what their father said, they yelled.

"COOKIES!"
Minha yelled.
"PANCAKES!"
Kimgo yelled.
They ran up to Yoongi and hugged him tightly, causing him to fall down on the floor while giggling and hugging them both.

"We're not mad daddy! We want cookies!"
Kimgo shows a bright boxy smile that looked all too familiar. Yoongi stared at the smile with eyes threatening to water.

"Daddy? Why are you crying?"
Minha asked. Yoongi immediately wiped the tears away.

"I'm fine."
Yoongi smiled at them, he kissed their cheeks which made them giggle.

It's not him

"Mixed already or homemade?"
Yoongi asked. To which the two answered.

"Homemade!"

"Daddy's cooking is the best!"
Minha smiled the familiar gummy smile. Yoongi cooed and looked at her then the two of them.

"Can we help you daddy?"
Kimgo asked. Looking at Yoongi who stood and picked the two up.

"Of course."
Yoongi nuzzled his nose with Kimgo's then Minha's, making them giggle.

"Come on."
Yoongi smiled as he went to the kitchen. He laid Kimgo and Minha on the counter as they watch him bake.

"Could you give me the water please?"
Yoongi asked. He finished preparing the ingredients, mixing bowl and other items required.

"Here!"
Minha giggled as she carefully gave Yoongi the flour.

"Kimgo could you give me the eggs please?"
Yoongi asked. He's now mixing when Kimgo handed him the eggs.

"Here daddy!"
Kimgo squeaked as he handed over the two eggs. One on each of his hands.

They were done by now. All Yoongi needed to do was place the plates of pancakes on the table.

I wanted Taehyung to appear where Yoongi finished organizing everything but I realized, I'm here to give you angst.

"Thank you daddy!"
The twins said as they started eating their food. Yoongi smiled and hummed in response before sitting between them.

It was past lunch. Yoongi laid on the couch. He had just endured 2 tantrums since the twins didn't want to sleep, but luckily they did.

"I miss you."
Yoongi muttered to himself. He sat up and brought his knees to his chest, hugging them tightly.

"I can still feel you hugging me."
Yoongi smiled as he looked at the oversized plain white t-shirt. Familiar right?

"Even if you're not here."
Yoongi sniffled. He wiped away the tears with his sweater paws.

"The others tried to help me."
Yoongi couldn't stop his eyes from watering.

"They wanted me to feel better."

"They still do."
Yoongi wiped away his tears only for them to get replaced by new ones.

"If y-you w-were here..."
Yoongi spoke out to no one.

"T-then I w-would f-feel b-better."
Yoongi sobbed. He curled up in a ball.

"Really?"
A voice spoke out. Yoongi rapidly looked around in shock.

"You can't see me Yoongi."
A deep voice chuckled. Yoongi began crying out more tears.

"W-where a-are y-you?"
Yoongi looked around their home. He touched the couch.

"You can't touch me either."
The voice chuckled.

"B-but-"
Yoongi gets cut off by that deep voice.

"I'll be back. Sooner or later."
