Part 10: Trying things out...

{Vivians Pov}

My head hung low as I walked into school to get to my locker hearing whispers and feeling a lot of eyes on me when I passed by the large amount of people in the hallway.

As soon as my trembling hands unlocked the lock on my locker I felt like shoving myself into the small metal thing just to get away from all the stares that was on me right now.

I grabbed my books I needed for first period out of my locker quickly trying to close my locker afterwards only for it to be slammed closed right when I tried to steady the books in my arms.

"Lets make one thing clear here Valerie" Wendy says with her palm flat against my closed locker now,

"You may be mated to my true love, but he won't always be around to protect you from me. Watch your back bitch" She says glaring down at me before bumping my shoulder when she moved past me as I sighed,

How is it that she's bullied me for so long and yet she still can't get my name right.

"Vivian right?" A voice asks as I turned to see the two guys that were hanging out with my mate in the cafeteria yesterday standing behind me,

"Yes?" I ask confused as they nodded before the tall one with black hair hands me a rose and the shorter one with light brown hair hands me a envelope,

"From your secret admirer" The tall one says with a wink,

"He's not a secret admirer if she already met him dumb ass" The shorter one says as they start to bicker,

As they continued to argue, I opened the black envelope that was given to me earlier.

"Meet me on the roof"

I looked at the card confused before I noticed there was a familiar scent on it that my wolf picked up on.

"Sorry, I can't" I say handing the guys the stuff they gave me back,

"He told us you were going to say that" The tall one says with a sigh before leaning down as I gasped when he threw me over his shoulder quickly,

"Lets go" The other guy says as I tried to push myself off only to feel his strong arms tighten around my legs,

"Not getting out of this one doll" He replied as I groaned while watching the white tiles on the school hallway floors disappear,

"We got her" The guy holding me says as soon as the door to the roof is being opened,

"Put her down!" A powerful voice my wolf recognized snaps making my beholder place me down on my two feet,

"Now go away!" My mate snaps as the two guys scurried off the roof where I was now left alone with my nervous mate,

"We need to talk" We say in unison as soon as the door to the roof was shut,

"You go first" We say together making us both confused,

"Ladies first" he replies with a nod as I sighed,

"Im sorry for being a jerk to you the other day" I started as his eyes widened with his lips parted,

"Before you say anything!" I snapped waving my hands as his lips shut quickly,

"I know I was being a bit dramatic the last time we were on this roof, but it's quite a large packet to take in when you told me you were my mate, who was also a werewolf of royal blood" I continued seeing his lips frown as I cleared my throat,

"But anyways! After some time of talking with myself and partially my family, I have decided to let this thing go on for a while" I say awkwardly not knowing how to properly tell my mate to continue being my mate without saying just that,

"Really?!" He shouts happily as my eyes widened when he started jumping up happily clapping his hands excitedly,

"Trust me! I will promise to be the best mate you'll ever have!" He says cheerfully opening his arms to pull me into a hug before I stopped him,

"Wait! If we're going to continue this, there's going to be some rules we both need to lay out" I say moving away from his open arms,

"Whatever you want, just say the word baby girl" He says with a smile as I almost threw up at the nickname he just gave me,

"1st rule. No weird nicknames" I say with a disgusted look as he chuckles,

"Sure thing bunny" He says with a shrug resulting in me resisting the urge to punch him now,

"Its not a weird nickname if it's the first thing that comes to mind whenever I see you smiling like a bunny with your teeth like that" He says pointing at my buck teeth as I felt my face turn red,

"2nd rule. No rude references." I say covering my mouth as he smirks,

"3rd rule. No physical contact at school" I say hearing the bell ring,

"Then how else will I show people your my mate?" He asks confused while following me down the stairs to get to the school hallway,

"Im pretty sure the scene you did at the cafeteria yesterday was enough for everyone to see who my mate was" I say walking to my first period noticing the stares from everyone in the hallway,

"Well, can I at least give you a kiss goodbye when I drop you off to your class?" He asks hurriedly as soon as we got to the door of my first period,

"What?" I ask about to walk in only to freeze when I felt a soft pair of lips on my cheek,

I turned around quickly, about to argue about not doing that, only to see my mate already skipping down the hallway happily smiling back at me.

"Morning Miss Tran" Mr.Dilemme says looking at me with wide eyes as I noticed everyone in my class was now staring at me,

"Fucking bitch" Wendy mumbles loudly as I passed by her desk to get to my seat,

Usually I'd be angry and glare at her but my wolf was to happy to let anything else cloud my mind besides the fact that my mate had just pecked my cheek with his soft lips just a few minutes ago.
