The Sorcerors' Academy auditorium was designed to maximize the audibility and visibility of the stage while minimizing the risk to the audience. Suspended above the stage were a series of large rings, each marked with a series of glyphs for these purposes.
Samantha examined them intently as she looked up. They ensured that every audience member could see her as clearly as if they were standing next to her and hear her like she was whispering in their ears. It was an intimidating space.
Not for the first time, she regretted signing up to sing in the school Talent Show.
