"So, what are you going to do with your bed?"
Luke shrugs his shoulders as he keeps one hand on my thigh and I keep my arms wound tightly around his neck. We came back to his classroom after the coffee shop and didn't realize just how early we are. We even contemplated going out and doing something but decided against it considering we're already here.
It didn't take long for him to find a spot on his seat that's tucked under his desk and for me to climb onto his lap. This seems to be my new favorite seat no matter where we are together.
If I'm with him, I'm almost always climbing up onto his lap. It's where I'm most comfortable and he doesn't seem opposed in the slightest.
"We can push your bed to mine and make a mega bed," I half joke as I run my fingers through the curls on the nape of his neck.
Luke laughs as he gives my thigh a squeeze and says, "Tempting, who needs room to walk anyway?"
I laugh as well considering how ridiculous that probably does sound. However, the idea itself of a massive bed for the two of us to take over is pretty enticing.
"Not us," I say with a smile as I keep my arms around his neck. "All we need is one big comfy bed."
Luke's eyebrows shoot up as he looks at me with an amused smile, "Then count me in, except I have a feeling we'll never want to leave."
"You say that like it's a bad thing," I say tilting my head at him.
"So you want me to quit my job and become a professional sleeper then?" Luke asks me as he leans back in his swivel chair, me going back with him.
"If that means you never get to leave my side then yes," I say.
"Alright, I'm sold."
Laughing at our ridiculous conversation, I scoot myself closer to him as I ask, "And you're definitely okay with moving in?"
The idea to me is absolutely crazy and probably is moving a lot faster than most couples. However, I like to think it's different for us considering he's best friends with the other two people living there so if one of us really is to get on the other's nerves, there's two other rooms for us to turn to.
Plus, he's stayed at mine pretty much every night since we decided they'd move in. Considering it's been a week since we made the decision, he's probably stayed at mine at least five of the days.
"As long as you're okay with me moving in," he says shrugging his shoulders.
I'd be lying if I said I wasn't excited for him to move in. It's going to be interesting living with everyone, besides Michael of course. I feel like the house is going to be chaos but in the best way possible.
"I'm more than okay with that," I laugh as I keep my eyes on his.
He smiles at my words as he holds my eye contact and seems to search for signs of sincerity in them. However, I mean every word especially because I can hardly last a minute without him.
"Same," he says, leaning towards me as his eyes begin to flutter shut.
I mirror his actions, as I lean in as well with a dumb smile on my lips. Kissing Luke absolutely never gets old and I feel as if I could do it for hours on end. That's why the second his lips touch mine, I tug him closer to me almost silently begging him never to let go.
He doesn't seem to have any intentions of doing so as he tugs my thighs closer to him and pushes his tongue between my lips. One thing I've noticed about Luke is he seems to finally be getting more comfortable initiation things further than a kiss. Not that we have gone as far as we did the night of the party, but he's no longer scared to take things even the smallest bit further.
