There was something wrong with the polar bears. They were physically healthy, and their new enclosure was state of the art and spacious, but the animals were listless.
In desperation, the zoo called in a psychic. She had them close the exhibit and insisted on being alone with the animals. The zookeepers protested. They were still wild animals, but she insisted. Three hours later, he emerged unharmed, and the animals seemed happier and more energetic.
"How'd you do it?" Their handler asked. He'd worked with the animals for years and was stumped.
"Well, I always bear in mind," she said.
