*Lena's apartment*

Kara: *rings the doorbell

Lena: Less than five minutes. Impressive. *opens the door

Supercorp hug

Lena: That was quick. Let me guess. You flew here, on a bus?

Kara: I actually took an uber. *nervous laugh

Lena: *shrugs her shoulder

Well, let's go to the dining room. I made beef lasagna, fettuccine alfredo and pizza.

*Dining room*

Kara: Wow. You cook all of these?

Lena: Only for you.

Kara: Have I ever told you that you're my favorite?

Lena: Once or twice.

Kara: *pouts

Lena: *kiss her girlfriend's cheek

Just kidding babe. Let's dig in.

Lena takes a small portion of fettuccine and a slice of pizza. On the other hand, Kara is midway finishing her lasagna and ready to take the third slice of pepperoni pizza.

Lena: It never fails to amaze me how good your metabolism is. It's like you're an alien.

Kara: *chokes

Lena: *pats Kara's back and hands her a glass of water

Kara: Thanks.

Some people have slow metabolism which get stored as fat.

I'm just lucky to have fast metabolism. Besides, I work out a lot. It burns all the calories.

*Bedroom*

Kara: What? Why are you looking at me like that?

Is there sauce on my face?

Lena: Who are you?

Kara: Huh?

Lena: You heard me.

Kara: I think you drink too much wine.

Lena: Do you know that people often says that the eyes are the windows to the soul?

The idea is that if you look into a person's eyes you get an idea of who they are.

Kara: Lee?

Lena: *comes closer and starts to take off Kara's glasses

Kara: *grabs Lena's hand

Lena: What you got to hide? Let me see you through.

Kara: *panicking

Lena: Just close your eyes. *slowly takes off the glasses and tosses it to the bed

*leans in and begins to kiss Kara's lower lip

Kara: *kisses her back and slides one arm around Lena's waist to pull her in a warm embrace

They kiss even more deeply, unwilling to let the kiss end, but Lena breaks the kiss.
