"I assure you, he is expertly trained. He uses his own equipment, and his sense of smell is second to none, obviously." I smiled. No one else thought this was funny.
"There is a degree of communication that is require that this candidate, ahem, lacks?"
"We've worked out a system. Please, he's been training for years, and this is his dream."
"Be that as it may, sir, We cannot allow your golden retriever to sample the wines. The vineyards would be insulted."
"But there ain't no rule that says a dog can't become a sommelier!"
