Serendipity
(n.) finding something good without looking for it.✉ ✉ ✉
to the boy in red-&-blue shirt,
summer morning, bicycle rings, deserted lane
she gazes at you, filled with the dread to fall again
the warm touch, heartbeats rise, cheeks flush
she feels a crashing tide whenever your fingers brushcurious minds, carefree souls, whole-hearted laugh
painted like a vivid imagination in her heart that's half
spectacled eyes, lovely nicknames, heavenly silence
her world's never fragmentary in your presencemillion dreams, guitar strings, unspoken promises
you're the one who's present in all her 11:11 wishes
longing gaze, gorgeous brown eyes, hearts ablaze
she would be grateful to be mad if you're her crazeone month past, four weeks ago, stars finally shone
you are the only king worthy of her heart's throne
non-stop talks, uncertain reasons, star-crossed lovers
her only source of warmth is you under rain showersdark complexion, contrasting eyes, it doesn't feel wrong
you surely make her fear love again after so long
reddish flowers, calm blueish skies, red-&-blue shirt
here's a poem dedicated to the boy who's my heart's expertfrom the girl in red shoes
