The hopeful soul

I sat outside my brother's house as everyone left. I had nowhere to stay. Toshiro looked up at me and I gave a small nod. I jumped a bit away from where we were leaving the two of us alone.

" I should probably inform you that I am Ichigo's sister." I said.

He wasn't as shocked as I thought.

"we all saw a photo in Ichigo's room. Rukia and Renji also told us. He doesn't know you're here yet, " Toshiro said.

" I know. I'll let him know later, " I said.

We soon went our separate ways. As I walked Renji showed up.

"do you have a place to stay captain?" Renji asked.

"I've told you to call me Akiko, I use to be your subordinate." I said.

I entered my gigai before Renji lead me and we soon came to a candy store. There were two kids outside. They looked at us and the redhead smiled. 

"so the moochers is back. Did you bring a friend?" he asked.

I looked at Renji and he sighed. I heard wooden clogs hit the ground and I looked up to see a man with blond hair that was accompanied by a green and white striped hat.

"Uruhara I need a place to stay again. As does Akiko. Can we stay here?" Renji asked.

"so you're the one that created the Hogyoku. It's nice to finally have a face to match the name, " I said.

"and who might you be?" Uruhara asked.

"Akiko Kurosaki. It's a pleasure to meet you." I said.

"Kurosaki, are you by any chance related to Ichigo?" he asked.

"yes, in fact, he's my brother, "I said.

We were allowed to stay. We walked in and I was shown a room by the little girl ururu. I turned to her and smiled.

"thank you for allowing me to stay. If you need help with anything I will happily help, " I said.

I was left alone and sat down. But i was soon drawn to the door as it was opened by Uruhara.

"so Renji filled me in. It is quite an accomplishment to become a captain in such a short amout of time, " he said.

"they were under a lot of pressure after losing three captains. If that didn't happen i wouldn't be in this position. So it's more timing than anything, " i said sheepishly.

"don't sell yourself short. They obviously believe in your skill, would you allow me to help with you're training, " he said.

I met his gaze. If i was correct he helped train my brother. I mean I wasn't against training but I didn't want to be a burden any more than I was.

"i wouldn't want to oppose on your hospitality anymore than I have." I said.

He smiles and covered his face with a fan.

" it's not imposing. In fact, I'm rather curious about your abilities. A girl who became a captain after not even being in the soul society for a year. Student of Byakuya kuchiki. And the twin sister of Ichigo Kurosaki, " he said.

I signed but smiled.

"if you insist then very well. Thank you, " I said.
