Shes always smiling

Glowing with glee

Little do you know

Shes not really me.

Her eyes sparkle

And shine with delight

Little do you know

They're full of fright.

She laughs and watches her siblings play

Little do you know

Shes slowly decaying.

She goes to school

With a bounce in her gait

Little do you know

Her bullies await.

She exercises often

Getting in shape STAT.

Little do you know

Its cause shes called fat.

She sheds a tear and denies it

Leaving you confused

Little do you know

At school shes abused.

Shes brave and grins

From ear to ear

Little do you know

She cowers in fear.

Shes optimistic

And always makes you feel great

Little do you know

Shes consume by hate.

She wears bright clothes

And goes for walks in the park

Little do you know

She worships all things dark.

Shes a comforting sunbeam

Full of life

Little do you know

She longs to use her knife.

Shes seemingly a saint

With no confession

Little do you know

She suffers from major depression.

And your too oblivious to ask

Little do you know

Shes giving up on her mask.
