Hazels POV

"StupidstupidstupidstupidstupidstupidSTUPID!" I not so calmly paced the room banging myself on the head. THAT IDIOT! Nico had let the fact his memories were coming back slip to the gods. And right now, me Will and Piper were sitting in our common room beside ourselves with worry. What were they doing to him? Was he okay? They weren't going to wipe his memories again... were they? "Stupidstupidstupid.."

"HAZEL!" I looked at Piper, who was sitting on a armchair, and resting her head on her hands. Her legs were crossed, and her supporting arm was resting on the armrest of her chair. "Look, all of us are worried, but of all the times you could loose it, right now is probably not the best." She said massaging her temple while looking at me pointedly. I deflated. "Right." I mumbled distracted as I sat down.

"Look." said Will, sighing. "I know me and Nico have just been bonded, but I can still tell what he's feeling. There's no need to worry, both of you." He said smiling. "Nico's fine. He's only a bit bored is all. Besides," he said standing up. "Knowing the gods, they're probably freaking out while Nico just stands there." he walked over to a guitar in the corner. "And-" he said fiddling with the tuning pegs. "He'll be here soon." I relaxed. Will was right. The gods hated not knowing what was happening. And Nico could probably handle it.

Soon enough, Will's prediction came true, and the door opened to reveal a very tired Nico. "Neeks!" I barreled up to him and gave him a huge hug. He just stood there. I pulled away, placing my hands on his shoulders. "What happened in there?"Nico looked at the floor. "Not much." he mumbled, shrugging off my arms. He walked forward and went into our sleeping quarter's, slamming the door behind him. Will sighed, and followed him.

I exchanged looks with Piper. Nico was smart. Really smart. And usually if he was trying to lie, he'd at least put in an effort. Weird of him just to leave it alone, without any way to convince us.

"Should we give 'em some space?" asked Piper raising an eyebrow. "Nah." I said smiling. "Can't let them get up to anything unsavory." I wiggled my eyebrows. Piper burst out laughing. "I know this is kind of betraying the gods, but Jesus Hazel. You have a dirtier mind than we think." she said wiping away a tear. I grinned and winked.

We walked over to the room where we were sleeping to find Nico and Will lying on Will's bed cuddling. "Aw!" I cooed walking over to them. Will made a shushing gesture. What? Then I realized that Nico had fallen asleep!

I turned to Piper, who was almost jumping for joy. Nevermind, scratch that. She was literally jumping up and down clapping her hands. I laughed quietly. Will just leaned back and closed his eyes.

Piper shot me a look, and then walked over to her bed and picked up a book. The room was dim, seeing as it had no curtains and it was almost nighttime. Or I assumed it was almost nighttime. Time was different in the Underworld. I walked over to my bed quietly, seeing and noticed to my delight, Will had fallen asleep as well. An idea blossomed in my mind, making me grin. I caught Piper looking at me suspiciously, but she wasn't doing a good job at hiding her smile.

I slid open my bedside draw, and took out a small sketchpad and a pencil. I sat down on the foot of my bed, the closest I could get to Will and Nico without actually going to the boys side of the room. Turning my attention to the boys, I started to tap my pencil on the pad.

Will had began to spoon Nico, digging his face into Nico's curls. Piper set down her book, slipped off her bed, and walked over to Will and Nico. She grabbed the quilt off Nico's bed and lay it on top of the two boys. Nico shifted, turning toward Will, and burying his head in his chest. I saw my brother smile softly. Piper looked at me pleased, and came sat next to me to watching me draw.

The room was dim, weak beams of light falling from nowhere. The only sounds punctuating the silence were Will and Nico's breathing and my pencil scratching the paper. Pipers sent filled my nose, rose petals and cinnamon. It was distracting, but also calming. My pencil glided across the paper, leaving light marks. Soon enough, the marks began to take shape. Around half an hour later, Piper went over to my side-table and turned on my lamp. A soft glow illuminated the room, not quite reaching the boys side, but taking the strain off my eyes and lighting up my paper. The bed shifted under me and Piper returned, now with her book. She lay back on my pillows and began to read. I just drew.

Twenty minutes later, I was done. I set my pencil down, satisfied, and felt Piper creep up behind me. "Wow." she whispered, and I felt myself light up with pride. It was quite a good drawing. I gently closed the sketchpad, and looked back at the boys. Will's face was buried in Nico's back as the black haired boy faced the other way. I smiled. Match made in heaven.

Piper bade me goodnight, and we eventually went to sleep. I sighed. I knew I was going to fall asleep easily. Those last few hours of silence were calming, and soon enough, I found my consciousness slipping into the realm of Hypnos.

"Hazel!" I opened my eyes with a start. It took me a moment to process what I was seeing. Apollo? APOLLO! "Gah!" I scrambled back startled, taking the opportunity to cover myself with my quilt.

"Apollo?"

"Shh!!" He whispered, his eyes darting around. I pushed myself up groggily. Piper was still asleep, and the boys... Why was I the only one awake?

"Because, I need some help." Wait, did I say that out loud? "No, you didn't. I can read minds, remember?" I looked back at the sun god with my eyebrow raised. Apollo asking for help?

Today, Apollo had olive skin, freckles, and his signature sandy-blond hair. His eyes were golden, kind of like mine, except his were more, sunshiny? I dunno. Ask Annabeth.

"Why would you need my help?" I asked curiously. His eyes darted around, and his voice dropped to a whisper. "Because, Will and Nico are so in love that Aphrodite is pushing me to tell Will to propose!" I stifled a giggle. "Seriously?" Apollo looked at me and pouted. "Yes seriously! It's giving me a headache!" He was looking at me so desperately that I just sighed.

"Look, you're a god, not me. Just tell her that Nico and Will are pretty much married already." I said leaning back. "What?" asked the god loudly. I shushed him. "Look." I whispered smiling. Apollo turned toward the boys, and started to jump up and down. "Okay," He turned back to me. "First of all, aw!" He cooed. "Second of all, this'll just make it worse!" he placed his hands on his hips dramatically. I sighed. "Okay, can't help you with that." He grinned. "That's fine. That wasn't the problem anyway. Aphrodite does that about almost everyone. You should have seen her when the Helen of Troye met her soon to be husband." He rolled his eyes and mouthed the word Overrated."

"What I actually want help with is the fact that I'm not sure how I'm supposed to teach you guys a magical skill when I'm not the god of magic!" It was my turn to roll my eyes. "You don't have to teach us the magic, you have to teach us how to channel out emotions into the music. That's what makes it magical. Once Hecate blesses us, we'll be able to turn it into magic. Got that?" We looked at each other in silence for a few minutes and suddenly Apollo disappeared in a flash of golden light.

"Gods." I mumbled as I fell backward onto my pillow.
