*Liam's P.O.V*

As we watched Scott and Peter fighting, I felt a sharp pain in my stomach.

"Argh!" I fell onto my knees, my hands pressing onto my stomach.

"Liam?" Kira bent down next to me. "Liam, what's wrong"

"It hurts! Why does it hurt!"

Stiles' eyes widened, like he'd figured something out, and he started to speak. "Re-"

"REBECCA!" I heard voices from outside yell. The name seemed to echo in my ears. Scott had just knocked Peter unconscious against a wall and was now turning around, looking alarmed.

"No!" Scott took off running through the church and I immediately followed. When we came outside, everyone was gathered around together.

I pushed my way past people and stopped short when I saw Derek knelt down next to my girlfriend.

"No!" Scott dropped to the ground. He pulled her limp body towards him.

"Scott I-" She seemed breathless.

"Becca?"

"I-"

"Rebecca stay with me!"

"I-I'm s-sorry"

Stiles came running over but stopped short when he saw the two McCall's together on the ground.

I was stood still, my body frozen.

"Rebecca?" Scott's voice was shaking.

"Did you kill Peter?" her voice was barely above a whisper. Scott closed his eyes and shook his head.

"We're gonna get you to hospital, okay" Scott said.

"It's okay" she whispered. "It's too late now"

I choked back a sob. "Liam?" She asked.

I slowly looked up, my whole body trembling. Aware of everyone's eyes on me, I nervously walked towards her. I bent down and she reached for my hand.

"It's okay" she attempted a watery smile.

"I need you" I croaked out. The thought of her leaving me made me start to tear up.

"You'll find someone else" she tried to reassure me but I was having none of it.

"I don't want anyone else. I want you. I love you" A tear slipped from her eye and I wiped it away.

"It's okay to let me go"

"I don't want to let you go!"

"Liam, you are so strong. You can get through this" her voice cracked and another tear tumbled down her face.

"I'm not strong. Not without you"

"You are my first love, Liam. I swore to protect you, my family and my friends. And that's what I've done"

"You are not leaving me" A few tears slipped from my eyes and I furiously wiped them away.

She smiled.

"I'm never leaving you. I'll always be in here-" she lifted my hand up and pressed it against my chest. Over my heart. "I promise"
