Dancer and the Snake Charmer

~Chapter Three~

We walked to my house, mainly cuz me and Shawn walked here and we wouldn't fit in their cars so we all just walked, good thing I don't live to far, also thank god it wasn't summer or it would be hell.

We made it to my house and I unlocked the door and opened it, then walked inside and held the door open for everyone to walk in.

After everyone had walked in the gasped at the large space. "Are you rich or something." Lia asked. "Well after going to collage for animals, and training for three years to handle and care for venomous reptiles, and breeding the venomous reptiles, it kinda pays for itself." I say and they just stared in horror at me, well most of them.

"What?" I asked them, yet their faces still looked blank to me. "Vemonous Reptiles?" Isabelle asked. 'She sounds nervous.' I though and nodded. "Why you guys look so spooked, don't like me now?" I said and walked deeper into the house, proceeding to walk deeper into the house, walking into a room that has a sign that said 'Non'.

After I walked inside the room I heard someone behind me, I turned around and found that it was Junsun that had followed me into the room.

He looked at the sign on the door and his head tilted in confusion. "Non-Venomous" I said and he went and looked at me, nodding.

I looked around the room, all the enclosures for the reptiles had already been brought and set up with heat, I just needed to add everything to them.

"I haven't set them up yet, Shawn bothered me before I had a chance too." I say as I went and grabbed a bag of forest floor to put at the bottom of the higher humidity reptiles.

"Can I help." I hear Junsun say from behind me. "Really?!" I ask surprised cuz well, most people don't like snakes. "Yeah, I may not like snakes very much but lizards are pretty cool." He says and I nod, "Well I have plenty lizards to set up." 

I take the forest floor to one of the enclosures, it was on the bigger side of vision cages, I unlocked the cage and started dumping the substrate in. I told Junsun to grab me specific things to put into the enclosure, like hides, a water bowl, coverage. He did well and that snake enclosure. 

"Do you wanna see what type of snake this is?" I ask him and he nods, "But I don't wanna touch it. I smile and nod.

I walk through the lines of tubs that are sitting on top of heat tape, I stopped at a big tub and open it, reaching in and grabbing the unidentified snake by her coils, pulling her up and holding her.

 "This technically is a venomous snake, but its not deadly to humans, the venom is only mild. This is a False Water Cobra, one of my favorite types of mild snakes." I say as I walk towards the open cage and let her go in, she slithers straight to the warm hide box. 

"She is big." Junsun said staying a distance away from me as I was putting her away. "Yeah they do get to a decent size." I say and look at him, "Lets set the rest up." I say and he nodded.
