Looks: Pale Skin, Average Height, Slim Body Type

Eye Color: Blue

Hair: Dark Brown; lower-back length

Backstory: Lucy was one of the first babies born in the new millennium. However, Lucy was born with an extraordinary gift. Superpowers. Not one, not two, but three powers. 

The power she has is based on a bracelet she is wearing, which changes her outfit as well. However, Lucy can also be a normal girl. Well, mostly normal. 

When not using her regular powers, she is extremely smart. Although her IQ is undefined she skipped 3 grades at the age of just 5 years old.

Her powers are all vastly different 

Steampunk Baby

Power of Steampunk Baby: The ability to control electricity and technology with her mind. This includes all vintage and modern technology. 

Miss. Flexible

What Miss.Flexible is like: Essentially she is like that popular girl in like 4th grade who loves the color pink and does Gymnastics 

Power of Miss Flexible: She is Flexible (I mean it's right in the name.) She can also jump really high and can climb walls and hang from the ceiling (or a beam of some sort) Essentially she is Spider-Man.

Goth Mysterious

Powers of Goth Mysterious: The ability to levitate (insert Twenty One Pilots reference Youngblood_yeemo ), teleport, become invisible, and can hold her breathe for prolonged periods of time.
