I can't help myself. I have many more ideas and I'm not ready to be done with Aydel. I hope y'all are excited. Here is a snippet to the opening scene of the sequel. Keep in mind that it will still be in Angel's POV and it will take place a couple of months or so after the first book. I hope y'all enjoy. There will be many more creatures to come in the sequel when it starts sometime in June.
Flowers littered the clouds as gentle music flowed through the air to give off the beautiful moment. Everything felt so light and airy, not an ounce of sorrow able to ruin this event. The mood was soft and romantic, but also joyful and forgiving.
Ayden placed a small kiss on my forehead, dancing slowly to the harp. "Never did I imagine I would be here." He looked around the scene, watching everyone watching us.
I rested my head against his chest, sighing in contentment. "But aren't you so glad you are? We get to spend forever together now."
He hands held my waist, swaying us to the rhythm of the music. "I wouldn't trade it for a second chance at life." He lifted my head and placed a sweet kiss on my lips.
He pulled away, slowly spinning me around and pulling me back to his chest. This moment couldn't be ruined by a single problem. I was in love and our love was accepted.
He grabbed my hand and kissed my fingers, looking at them. "We finally get to do the dirty."
"Ayden..." I laughed.
"What? It's not wrong to talk about it. We are technically married now, and we are allowed to want sex with each other. And I will proudly admit I am so ready for that tonight." He pushed some hair behind my ear.
"Me too. I've never had it, and I can say I'm excited to finally do it with you and it's not going to be wrong." I giggled and looked up into his green eyes. "I love you, Ayden."
He smiled at me and kissed my nose. "I love you, too, Angel."
"Eliana?" I heard a girl's voice sound behind me.
I looked back and gasped. I was barely able to believe my eyes. Where had she been all this time? "Selene."
