Just a walk

Shigaraki [POV]

"I thought I told you to leave him alone" Kurogiri scolded

"I did" I insisted with a shrug

"No you didn't" He accused

"You don't have proof" I crossed my arms in front of my chest

"Well for one I heard you knocking on his door and he's more agitated than before"

"That could have been anyone" I pushed my glass around on the bar counter

"You're the only one stupid enough to agitate the already agitated unstable man that could burn this place down in seconds without hesitation, he's worse than her" He gestured to Toga who was sitting on the couch not paying attention

"You won't let me kill them" I insisted 

"That's because both of them are a valuable asset to our mission" He was shouting now but it didn't phase me at all

"He can leave whenever he want's so it's not my fault" I shrugged, Kurogiri sighed

"Just please for the second time leave him alone let him blow of some steam on his own" He proposed

"I have been" I shrugged

"Ugh just leave him alone" Kurogiri looked about ready to smack me but I felt no fear, he wouldn't dare anyways.  I was about to get up to go back to my room when Dabi walked quietly into the bar area

"I didn't think you would come out what's your intentions?" Kurogiri asked

"I'm going for a walk" He announced walking out the door

"I guess that's a start?" Kurogiri questioned shaking his head as he cleaned glasses

"I'm gonna follow him" I stood up quickly

"If you get killed or he burns something down I'm not cleaning up your mess" He didn't even try to stop me this time.  I hurried out the door looking both ways.  I saw him briefly turn the corner and started walking that was pulling my hood up over my head.  I walked onto the same street he did keeping him within my view.  I honestly had no clue what I was doing or why I was following him, now he had started to go where the fire was.  Where no people were and where the streets twisted and turned ashes caked the ground.  He turned down an alleyway and I assumed it was a dead end but when I peeked around the corner he was gone.  Mysterious.  I stepped into the alleyway, the walls looked like they could crumble at any moment.  There didn't seem like there could be any way he could hide in the alleyway.  The alley was empty, nothing on the floor but broken glass.  I turned around to leave my search being useless.  A hand grabbed me by the shoulders slamming me against one of the frail walls.  An arm pressing against my throat both my arms pinned above my head palms outward so I couldn't do any damage.  Dabi's grip started to crush my wrist

"What do you want?" He snarled smelling of smoke and alcohol.  He easily overpowered me

"Let go of me" I choked out harshly

"Tell me what you're doing, following me?" He pressed harder on my throat

"I wasn't following you" I insisted struggling to get a breath

"You were since I left the bar" He must have seen me, his face was inches from mine now his eyes cold and angry

"Let..., go of..., me" I tried to free myself from his grip or at least trying to twist my wrist out of his grip, trying to do something.  He was angry no, furious, he would kill me without hesitation and that was apparent.  I couldn't do anything.  My eyes started to water

"Why are you here?" He snapped again

"Can't I just go for a walk?" I asked

"I bed you don't even know how to get back from here, you were following me" My throat and wrist started to burn, I inhaled a breath of smoke gagging

"Let....., go" I shouted panting trying to get any fresh air that wasn't infected with smoke

"I could kill you several different ways in this position and if you want to preserve your life I suggest you shut up" He hissed, I closed my mouth the alleyway starting to spin.  My stomach churned the smell of smoke nauseating.  He opened his mouth to say something to me but that was when the world faded away gasping for breath.  I went limp

"[Frick]" He swore under his breath releasing his grip.
