Shigaraki [POV]

The next morning I woke up and heard shouting.  I got up to investigate.  Toga was watching the news shouting at something, Kurogiri was behind the bar counter cleaning dishes

"What's going on?" I snapped

"Wellll" Togastarted not taking her eyes off the TV.  I looked, it showed an image of blue flames raging about town.  The announcer stood in front of a burning building glancing back nervously every now and then.  I wasn't really paying attention to anything she was saying until I heard:

"The cause of the fire is unknown but spectators report that they saw a tall man with spiked hair walking around, since this is such a small neighborhood locals say that they recognized that the didn't live here right away, they said further description has not been provided.  The fire still has not seemed to slow down and several people have been injured" I raised an eyebrow

"I knew this would happen" Kurogiri shook his head

"What the [frick] is going on can you guys shut the [frick] up" Dabi asked coming into the room.  He looked awful, dirt and ashes covering his face.  His hair was messed up and in some places lost it's spiky quality all together.  He didn't have a shirt on and the non scarred part of his torso was covered in scratches and bruises

"Did you do this?" Kurogiri asked gesturing to the TV, Dabi glanced briefly

"Couldn't have I stayed in the abandoned part of town" He turned and started to leave again

"Fire spreads you know" Kurogiri insisted

"Not unless I want it to" He didn't seem to care whatsoever

"Then explain how it ended up in the populated part of town" he crossed his arms in front of his chest

"I don't know, why does it even matter?" Dabi stormed off back to his room

"There's something on his mind and it's starting to affect his performance he's not stable to be out right now" Kurogiri analyzed

"Idiot" I mumbled sitting down 

"I think you are part of the cause" He added

"Why would you say that?" I asked

"You've been antagonizing him, both of you hate each other and added to that you are kind of unpredictable" He listed off

"Why would any of that be affecting him?" I asked harshly

"Because you will yell at him one minute and the next you'll joke around with him I'm sure he's tired of it, he is quite irritable right now" Kurogiri went back to cleaning the bar counter as I thought it over, I realized something though: I really don't care.  I shook my head as I got up starting to go down the hallway

"Leave him alone" Kurogiri scolded

"I'm going to my room" I insisted stopping at my bedroom door.  Kurogiri had fixed the doorknob.  I walked further down the hallway right outside Dabi's room.  I could hear him pacing around muttering to himself pointless things that I couldn't understand.  I scoffed turning back around going down the hallway to my room.  I could still hear him pacing in his room.

Dabi [POV]

I paced around the room absolutely fuming.  I don't know why I was so angry but I just was.  It took everything in me not to set something on fire.  I still smelled of smoke, the smell was slightly soothing as it stung my throat.  I hated him, I hated everything here, I could leave, so why hadn't I?  I stopped pacing thinking, I could leave, I wasn't trapped or anything, so why was I still here?  I don't know.  There was a knock at the door

"Go away" I snapped, there was another knock

"Go. Away" I repeated a little more forcefully, after the third knock I finally went over to the door opening it.  Shigaraki stood outside the door his red eyes darting back and forth

"What the [Frick] do you want?" I snapped about ready to slam the door in his face

"I wanted to talk" he started

"Well go find someone else to talk to" I told him harshly starting to shut the door

"I need to talk to you" He insisted

"Why" I snapped the door half shut

"You're agitated and I wanted to know why" He told me honestly

"Wow thanks for noticing dip[Beep]" I snapped

"why?" He asked just as I shut the door in his face.  I locked it sitting down on my bed.  I wanted to burn this place to the ground but what good would that do me?  There was another knock on the door.

"What?" I asked harsly

"Toga brought back some food I wanted to know if you were hungry?" Kurogiri asked

"I'm not hungry right now" I answered, I heard him sigh

"Okay" He muttered before walking off.
