Arianna once again found herself standing in the veterinary clinic with the group of teens, this time they was about to embark on a mission to change a coyote back into a girl.
She watched Deaton as he brought three small glass bottles and placed them onto the steel table.
"Xylazine." he announced only to receive collectively blank expressions, he further elaborated, "It's a tranquilizer for horses. For a werecoyote, expect it to work within seconds. I only have three. So whoever's shooting, needs to be a damn good shot.
"Allison's a perfect shot." announced Scott, but, Isaac was quick to disagree.
"She used to be."
"She can do it."
"If we manage to find the thing."
"Okay," stiles interrupted Scott and Isaacs bickering, "what is the point of him? Seriously, I mean, what is his purpose? Aside from the persistent negativity and the scarf? What's up with the scarf anyway? It's 65 degrees out.'
"Look," Isaac began, sounding exasperated with Stiles, "maybe I'm asking a question no one here wants to ask. How do we turn a coyote back into a girl, when she hasn't been a girl for eight years?
"I can do it." Scott said weakly.
"You can?" Stiles questioned sounding confused.
"You remember the night that Peter trapped us in the school? In the gym, he was able to make me turn using just his voice. Deucalion did the same thing in the distillery."
"This is a werecoyote, Scott." Alan spoke after a moment of silent contemplating, "Who knows if it'll even work if you can find someone who can teach you and Arianna's already told us she has no idea how to teach you, she's never had to purposely use the ability your talking about."
Arianna's phone began ringing so she excused herself missing the next part of the conversation as she was outside listening to her brother who immediately began ranting and raving about Elijah, Marcel, Hayley the wolf girl he met after Kol died, their sister Rebekah being her usual self, a supposed overly powerful young Witch Davina and a thousand other things relating to his sudden relocation to New Orleans.
Then he suddenly stopped ranting, huffed and mentioned something about a pretty blonde bartender then told Arianna he had to go hanging up the phone. Arianna had only actually managed to say 'Hello Nik,' during the whole five minute call.
"God I miss Kol," she mumbled to herself before returning inside the veterinary clinic.
When Stiles informed Arianna that Ethan and Aiden would be teaching Scott how to roar she decided to pop to the large hospital in Beacon County to get a couple of weeks worth of blood bags, she knew how to roar as a full wolf and she wasn't particularly concerned about learning to roar in her more human form.
She also decided to buy a car while she was in the larger part of Beacon Hills, she was getting quite annoyed using taxis, the teens cars and vampire speeding to get to places. Arianna had left her last car in Mystic Falls before she'd gone to spend a couple of months in New Orleans.
Which wasn't an issue while living in New Orleans. Arianna had barley took anything from her Mystic Fall's home with her choosing to get basically everything new after arriving in New Orleans and she hadn't bothered with taking her car because the city didn't really require one and she hitched a ride there with her sister.
All of her personal grimoires was still in Mystic Fall's, hidden securely in a vault she'd had built under her home back in the 1850's and nobody, not even her siblings knew about it. The only way to open it was with her claws, a cleaver safety feature that a lycien wolf had shown her over three hundred years earlier.
She knew she would soon have to go get her more personal belongings from Mystic Fall's, but, she wasn't comfortable going back to the place two of her brothers had recently been killed. Especially while the killers was still there and happily living their lives.
Arianna shook her thoughts away when she pulled up at Beacon Hills preserve later that same day driving a new Range Rover, she'd stopped off at home on her way back to put her bloodbags away and to change her clothes into something easy to remove incase she had to shift while running around the woods chasing down a coyote girl.
As Lydia described the testosterone fest that took place when the twins tried to teach Scott to roar Arianna was glad she did something more productive. Honestly, it didn't much sound like they really help, instead they soundly kicked Scott's arse.
Thankfully, by some stroke of luck, Scott did manage to roar and Malia became a girl again. A very confused and scared girl whom Arianna hoped would be okay.
That evening less than an hour after finally getting home Arianna had a suddenly awful feeling of dread run through her body. She had a horrible feeling she would need her grimoires sooner rather than later.
Thinking for only a moment she pulled out her phone and dialed Lydia, it was a Friday and Lydia mentioned she had no plans for the weekend, Arianna hoped she wasn't opposed to a small trip to Virginia.
"Arianna, is something wrong?" the strawberry blond banshee asked when she picked up her phone.
"Everything is fine Lydia," Arianna greeted with a small laugh, "I was wondering if you wanted to come to Virginia this weekend I need to collect some personal belongings that I have a feeling we're going to need soon."
"A supernatural feeling?"
"Exactly, why, do you feel it too?"
"I feel something, I'm not sure what. I'll come with you, but, if my mom asks we're staying at your house having a girls weekend."
A few moments later Arianna and Lydia finished their phone call, Lydia crossed over the road to Arianna's house with a small weekend bag. Her mother waved and sent the two girls a conspiring wink, Arianna grinned at Lydia who looked embarrassed at her mom's behavior.
By midnight that evening Lydia and Arianna was on a flight to Mystic Fall's.
