Sunday.
The Kreepolrerks are in their backyard enjoying the morning sun. Forth is having a swimming contest at the pool with Finn. Beam and the twins are under the patio watching the swimmers amusingly.
When Forth gave his son a high five after he got defeated, the 17 month old twins cheered for their big brother. "Big bro is fast, huh." Beam said to the twins who are standing inside their portable cribs next to his lounge chaise.
Francis looked at his brother admiringly as he clapped his little hands. Franchesca on the other hand is calling her big brother. "Pin-pin! Goo job!" She was giving him claps and thumbs up, imitating her mother.
Finnegan sent flying kisses to his siblings.
Beam watched his twins and his husband with their eldest on the pool with a tender smile. He feels so happy having such a beautiful and lively family. He couldn't be more grateful when he learned he was one of the 0.001% of males that can get pregnant. His babies were miracles.
"Baby, why don't you see if you can beat Finn. He's very fast just like you." Forth called his husband's attention as he got off the water.
Finnegan got off as well and went to give kisses on his siblings' foreheads. "Mommy, let's swim." Finn asked Beam. The mother smiled and nodded. "Don't lose on purpose like Dad did."
Forth tilted his head to his son while sitting on Beam's lap. "No way. I didn't lose on purpose." He glanced back to Beam and wriggled his brows.
Beam grinned and shook his head. "Finn wants to win fair and square, love." But Forth gave him a knowing look as if saying, 'don't sell me out'.
Beam kissed Forth on the lips. "He can take defeat, baby. Okay, get off my lap. I need to know if our son is indeed faster than me. He has a swimming competition to enter, let's get serious. Yeah?"
Forth facepalmed himself. He forgot Finn wanted to enter a swimming contest. He thought Finn would focus on singing. He's inherited both their good skills.
"Alright. Make these two little Finnegan fanbase members proud, buddy." Forth got off Beam's lap and ruffled Finn's wet hair.
Forth and the twins cheered as their mother finished first before their big brother. Finn got off the water with a little pout on his face.
"I knew you guys were faster than me." He said as Francis tried to grab his big brother's attention.
"You're still small, of course I would be faster than you. Wait until you grow bigger and your shoulders are wider, your legs and arms are longer. Look, Francis still thinks you're awesome." Beam told his son after he got off the water.
Finn smiled and gave his baby brother a kiss on his chubby cheek before he accepted the towel his father had given him.
Forth also attended to his husband, giving him a towel, and a glass of pineapple juice.
"Franchesca is tired, mom." Finn noticed how a few minutes later, the twins have started to feel tired. First Franchesca, then the shy little Francis.
"Time for naps for these two. Love, pick up Franchesca will you? She's getting heavier." Beam said after picking up Francis off their crib. Finn had already left and entered the house through the kitchen.
Forth gave his husband a kiss before the two of them carried their little ones back inside the house.
***
Forth and Beam took a shower after the twins had fallen asleep in their bedroom. Finnegan had also gone back to his own room to freshen up after the morning swim with his parents.
